"When I checked in the hotel they outrightly said call fab hotels, the hotel is fully booked. I waited for nearly 90 min as fab hotels were negotiating with the hotel. The rooms were available my booking was confirmed still they didn't allowed me to check in as they wanted a higher price from the rate I had booked. Finally post having mutiple calls with fab customer care the issue was sorted but had a very bad customer experience"

"Booked for king bed and was denied check in for this they forced us to stay in a room with two single beds.. This caused us a lot of inconvenience and also the room shown in image is not at all correct the property is very bad not in good condition AC not working plus damp walls"
