Rooms were looking good but lot of cockroaches and also bed bugs, there were cockroaches that bite u.

Rooms were pretty good, but washrooms were really dirty, cockroaches all over the place and the ac was not functioning properly, no slippers for the rooms, shower was not functioning properly. overall you might find better hotels.

Rooms are very good, price is fair. but service is very poor there's not even single fridge in whole hotel to cool water bottle. atleast cold drinking water should be available. service needs to be improved.

The experience of staying at their hotel was fabulous. they served us with the good quality food. and this hotel was located at the prime location.

I wish there was negative rating. worst service ever. rooms are dirty. cockroaches all over the room, bathroom, bed, table. breakfast is given in a plastic bag as it is bought from the restaurant. no cutlery and crockery provided. staff are very rude. when the above concerns were addressed, they said "if you want to stay then stay otherwise you can leave". this were exact words of the staff. not just the hotel staff, but also the fabhotel customer service support (call centre) are the same. when the issues were addressed to them, even asked for proof. email was sent at 0930 am and they were verifying details till 0530 pm. i would never recommend anyone this place.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.
