Clean rooms and it would be good if they ask what's the complimentary food we require. Hotel receptionist and service boy are also nice guys.

Fast CheckIn and CheckOut, room is clean and restroom is also clean. Proper working electricals and taps in toilet. Since, I stayed just for night alone cannot comment on service. Lift was operational only for limited time. No food available at hotel, however ha ve good eateries near by. Overall decent stay will recommend for solo/friends group travellers only.

Rooms were decent, cleanliness below average, responses were poor. Breakfast was redundant and waste. No proper power backup by the time they switch on generator manually power comes back that long it takes just to turn on. Except for one lights and fan nothing works not even sockets. Since there are very less options in surrounding area had to go for it. This is the issue in this side very less options.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent booking at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the condition of the room, provided to me. The room was dirty, unhygienic and nowhere near the standard advertised or expressed by the hotel. This was completely unacceptable. Because of these conditions, I had no choice but to check out immediately. I did not stay the night, as it was impossible to do so in such an environment. I paid for a service that was not delivered, and this experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
