Your staff are excellent and courteous. Rooms are good

Clean rooms and it would be good if they ask what's the complimentary food we require. Hotel receptionist and service boy are also nice guys.

Good service and location … i checked in late night here around 03 AM and the staff was do good that i had not faced any difficulties

Room look like a godown and not worth for What we are paying

Rooms were decent, cleanliness below average, responses were poor. Breakfast was redundant and waste. No proper power backup by the time they switch on generator manually power comes back that long it takes just to turn on. Except for one lights and fan nothing works not even sockets. Since there are very less options in surrounding area had to go for it. This is the issue in this side very less options.

Booking through Fab Hotels of the Serviced Apartment is a nightmare. I wanted to change the arrival time and get in touch with the Facility. The phone number given is that of a Call Centre. I contacted on 18th July twice and on 19th, SEVEN TIMES and twice even after I landed in Chennai. It was the same on all occasions - the IVR will say for contacting the Reception dial 6, the reply is, "our team will contact you soon" and disconnected. Even after 9 attempts to contact, nobody from Fab Hotel (perhaps an aggregator) ever replied. I had to manage with the Hotel for early arrival after a discussion. And regarding the Tree Service Apartment, rooms are comfortable, easily accessible and a little off the main roads. Service is satisfactory. NO food is available. When the Attendants bring food or coffee, the rates are exorbitant (compared to the Area and nearby Hotels). General maintenance is Average. The whole experience was awful. I can only give TWO Stars. **

Bed was 2 single insted of queen. Matress was too soft got instant ace and cant sleep. On top of this AC was noisy and windows were tied and locked. No towels ,no comb, furniture is not finished properly and got cut in finger. This was ugly.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent booking at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the condition of the room, provided to me. The room was dirty, unhygienic and nowhere near the standard advertised or expressed by the hotel. This was completely unacceptable. Because of these conditions, I had no choice but to check out immediately. I did not stay the night, as it was impossible to do so in such an environment. I paid for a service that was not delivered, and this experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

breakfast in idly some smell is coming. by mistake I forgot my one Addidas tshirt in this property.same day I spoke to their coustomer Care and he gave me property no I spoke to one of their representative he said me that tshirt is there I said me with in 3 days I will come and take the tshirt. now once I reached their to take my tshirt they are give some excuse and used it put some red colour on that make it wet . I don't know if they don't want to give they told me that days only. they are telling nothing will happen u do what ever you want it's ur problem
