Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!

Think before you book! If you’re traveling with the family, then please don’t book this hotel. But, if you are alone for a day or two stay, then this would do well because of the location. My room was not so properly cleaned before I got it. Washroom was not neatly maintained. Air conditioner was not that great but picked up slowly. There is a TV in every room. There is an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggages by yourself. But apart from these, no fancy things. Not worth for the price either.

The rooms were not clean, there were water blockages in the bathroom, and the AC was not working properly. Overall, it was a very bad experience. This hotel is not suitable for families.

Horrible experience. I had a guest who dropped into chennai for 1 night. He had to change 3 rooms for a 1 night stay. 1st room - The bathroom door got jammed and the guest was stuck inside till they had to break the lock. 2nd room - The Air conditioning did not work. 3rd Room - Water kept falling out of the air conditioner. The staff were not at all responsive and I will never go back here again.

Worst hotel ever seen, charging too much and not providing basic amenities like packaged drinking bottles, no basic things in bathroom and rooms are not clean. Not worth for money. Don't go for it

Personnaly I would never recommend Fab hotel ,Chennai. It's not worth the money you spent. The room is in a very poor state. The bathroom door was loose and was about to collapse .There was no knob for fan regulator.Once complaint, they came next day and repaired by taking knob from another room. Occasional current cuts at night was the worst. We stayed for 2 nights and had to suffer current cuts for both the nights. There seems like they have Generator but it was not properly working.
