Had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly property! The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for both me and my furry friend. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. What really stood out was the warm and attentive service – the staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets!

the birdhouse by fabhotels is a very welcoming stay nearby isbt dehradun. the location is perfect for people commuting from there. the staff makes you feel at ease, especially the lady at the reception, they're all helpful. rooms are clean as well. must visit!

The location is okay. When you see it for the first time, you might feel like you've come to the wrong place. The washroom was extremely dirty—we somehow managed to use it, but we didn't bathe in the morning because it was just that unhygienic. T.v not working. At night, we were feeling scared since we were a couple, but after some time, other guests arrived, including a family, which made us feel a bit better. T.v not working .The hotel definitely needs a lot of improvement.

Worst stay ever – would give negative ratings if possible! Our experience with FAB Hotels was nothing less than a nightmare. Check-in: Pathetic! Reception and rooms are on the 2nd floor with no lift. The receptionist was completely indifferent, careless and doesn't literally give a damn about anything. Rooms: Absolutely unhygienic and below basic standards. The first room allotted was open on one side, smelled terrible, and had insects. The flush didn’t work either. Despite complaining, the receptionist did nothing. When we tried to sleep, we saw white worms crawling out of the bed and pillows. We were fortunate enough to notice them on time — imagine if they had entered our ears while sleeping? Who would have been responsible if it had caused serious harm to our health or body? This is beyond poor service — it is sheer negligence. After forcing the receptionist at 11 PM, we were shown multiple terrible rooms before being shifted. The new room was still smelly, with wet pillows and damp duvet. We slept using our own shawl as a pillow, just because there were no worms there. FAB Hotels, you didn’t just ruin our stay — you put our health at risk. This property is a serious health hazard and should not even be operational. Shameful and utterly disappointing.

No cleanliness no mineral water bottle sealed provided no hygiene, fungus on walls and no ventilation. No lift working at night and smell is coming from rooms. Worst hotel one can book these kind of rooms don't deserve a price more than 300 rupees. Genuinely speaking it is not working staying at all.

Room is to much dirty (kachra)look like a animal stay is there ,smell also very bad washroom like a public toilet it's very very bad experience in my life you should close this location!

The receptionist is very rude, we arrived the hotel on time for the check in but she told us that the room is not ready and you’ll get it by 2pm, and when we asked what to do now so she replied very rudely that you can check for the other property or can complain to the customer care.

Location is very bad and uncomfortable many nonveg shops around. Photos shown on website are fake. Rooms are smelly and mosquitoes bit the whole night. Room size is too small. But staff is cooperative. Overall experience was very bad.

I mean where to start? First of all I landed in dehradun late in night at 11pm ,it was raining .. this hotels calls tells they can't take the checkin due to some electricity issue transfers me to some other property 3 kms further .. After reaching the property , I was shellshocked as the rooms were a complete nightmare ..I mean even the bachelor guys who stays alone keeps their room more clean than this.First of all there was no lock in my room .. I couldn't lock my room from inside.. Bathroom basins were dirty.. there were not a single toiletries present.. no towels no soaps .. nothing. There were huge bugs roaming on the floor .. They didn't even have the decency even to give a water bottle , for that too had ask them many times.. so much for welcome. The whole night felt like I was in a dirty prison . It was such a terrible experience that I had to checkout early at 7am and find another property myself walkng on the streets.. Guys do not choose this property even by mistake .. its a trap. It is a fraud and scam .. Never had such experience with FAB property.
