    "Just finished a stay with them. Rooms are very untidy, no room cleaning during my two days of stay. Most lights in my room and toilet were not working. Broken toilet sink, damp walls, dirty toilet floor were disappointing. Not value for money at all and hardly a two star category. Only thing good was the quality and freshness of the food, but there again very limited option for breakfast. And it was so disappointing that there are no lift, so I had to climb stairs to second floor every time I went out, for dinner, for breakfast, etc. The rooms in the front offer wonderful views of the majestic Dhauladar range."

    "terrible,plz not visit this hotel,i had booked 3 deluxe room ,but instead Deluxe it looks like ordinary room,i had repeatedly call fab ,but not the proper solution, rooms are smells, bedsheet are old , blanket without cover,no dustbins in rooms,in morning my ild father wants tea after calling on reception no phone picked,after searching on floor one staff said our kitchen open after 8 am ,then after i will provide you tea ,in breakfast they serve only poori bhaji with 150 rupees cost,in room there is no coffee maker ,i had provided all picture of hotel roo on your WhatsApp no,fab group not aspects from you this type of services ,my whole vacation is spoil ,plz don't ever go in this hotel,they are your vacation spoier,fab group 10000 rupees are not less money,plz value it"

    "Just we have complted 2 night stay with family we are only in whole hotel but no security issue we feel great location awesome room premium with balcony staff Mr Vikcy bhardwaj had great heart and he help us for every thing which is realted to early. Check in late check out driver arrangements for sightseen with reasonable tarrifs over all food was also good location is perfect for family will highly recommend for stay here thanku Mr Vicky again and fab hotel hospitality"

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
