The staff was polite and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The bedsheets were stained and had an unpleasant smell. The mattress was also uncomfortable and didnt seem to be in good condition. Because of the poor hygiene and room condition, I would not recommend staying at FabHotel Satya.

The hotel is situated in a good residential area and is conveniently located within walking distance of a metro station. However, the Google Maps location was incorrect. The rooms were considered average for the price. They were clean and came with basic amenities, though no toiletries were provided. The hotel offers Wi-Fi, but the signal was poor inside the room. A lift is available for guest use. Room service is available, but it was slow, with dinner taking 1.5 hours to be served. The quality and taste of the food were average. The staff's behavior was good. Street-side parking is available for vehicles.

the Google location in WRONG..neither Fab nor the property bothered to get it corrected in Google. the rooms need repair. the bedsheets need replacement. intercom very old so voice not clear , the kicthen staff could not hear the room number after I ordered snacks, so delivered late tv wrongly placed covers all light fan switch, room 206 location excellent bike parking excellent

Direction was incorrect

Apart from location, there is nothing that i could even praise for. Rooms were cleaned only at request. Mosquitoes, flying all around the room. Bathroom slipper, not available. Toiletry, no shampoo. Rooms with there shower landing up straight in my hand. Literally stained matress linen and what not. Worst worst and worst experience of my stay.

Very Very Bad experience in the Fab hotel. I booked room by paying advance online to the Fab hotels team, but when I reached the property and didn't like the rooms I asked for refund of the advance, and they simply denied saying that was online payment and we didn't had to do anything for that. Ask online!!! Like seriously! Then online team didn't give any reply at all also for the same. Please never pay advance to these fraud people and specially this particular property. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

It was a worst experience with fabHotel booking... It's not even worth for 500/- and you charged me 5000/-. We booked room for 4 (02 adult + 02 child), you charged us for 3 adult and ensure to provide additional metres. No additional metres provided at hotel and offer only 02 breakfast as complimentary and asking to pay additional money for 02 more. Such a worst experience it's, very cheap hotel... There's seepage all arround the room and smell of same coming, lots of mosquito. It took 3 hrs to find hotel and hold anywhere, location shared was not correct... Please don't make custom fool... I will never ever book from fabHotel and suggest to to my friend...

The rooms are extremely dirty. Toilet is broken & most importantly the receptionist doesn't know how to behave. I went inside the room & told him that AC is not cooling properly. He replied " aaj tak AC Wale room me gaye ho?" So, basically the guy was trying to let go of the issue, so that I don't ask for new room. I told him, why are you trying to talk like that by insulting me? He said " jaise tum kar rahe ho waise hi main kar raha hu?" I mean well yeah, that is some really nice help. Gracias!

Worst experience ever..we reached at hotel at 3am late night..after the payment we didn’t like the room and ambiance of the room..so we ask for the refund to the manager over there named Vimal ..he denied to refund our money back…we checked in and checkout in 2min because we were not comfortable there. Very disappointed with Fabhotel management
