Wrost experience why they not mentioned fab hotel name outside of hotel building room and bathroom so dirty telivision or phone not working, bathroom has been brocken so cheap please don't go there.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Poor is the perfect word very very poor service and bad behaviour of स्टाफनो hot water ine tap breaksast was not available you had charge staff was very rude cable t v was nort working no heating syatem was working toilet seat was broken ovalall experience was very bad i will not recommend this is very bad property i have seen till date pathetic is the parfect word

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Very bad experience. room size is very small and in very poor condition. water leakage problem in toilet. i taken breakfast in my package but in 400 rs i got only 4 toast and two cup tea . after multiple requests i got breakfast at 11 am while it should be at 10 am
