Rooms were very dirty there were literally so many bugs on the bed i had to leave the room. service was not couldn’t even get a towel. no parking was available for my car worst hotel experience ever .

Restaurant staff. very friendly and helpful. we had a good night sleep after a long flight. great wifi. we had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

The room was comfortable and immaculate. the staff members were very friendly and helpful. location was also perfect. i had a wonderful stay here in fab hotel cloud 9 shoprix mall. also a special thanks to hotel receptionist. highly recommended here
