"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was well-organized and comfortable. I would especially like to mention Mr. Rahil, the manager, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. His friendly nature and attention to detail made the experience even better. The staff was also polite, the rooms were clean, and the overall service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate the hospitality shown by Mr. Rahil and the entire team."

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This hotel not suitable for high class people. Though room so spacious, but room Doors , toilets not good ,, room cub boards, ceiling fan, windows not clean . Breakfast not good , service people are so good . They to keep us good they do what we ask. But hotel room not good.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The management is arrogant, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. Instead of resolving issues, they argue and behave as if guests are doing them a favor by staying there. The staff is rude, poorly trained, and disrespectful. Basic hospitality is completely missing. Every interaction felt hostile and unpleasant. The hotel seems to operate with the sole intention of extracting as much money as possible. There are hidden charges, unnecessary rules, and absurd terms and conditions that are conveniently revealed only after you’ve checked in. This feels less like hospitality and more like deliberate exploitation. The room condition was terrible—poor hygiene, bad maintenance, and facilities that were either broken or unusable. The reality is nothing like the photos shown online. Overall, this place is a complete scam in the name of a hotel. Save your money, save your peace of mind, and stay somewhere else.

Rooms : Very small and very very dirty rooms. Fourth class rooms. Service: extreme rude staff. They provide prepared market food. Location: Only good thing is its near to some big ceremony resorts else the road was broken when i went yesterday. Dont go for this hotel.

Hotel did a clear fraud to me, I booked through oyo they took 499 extra rupees before check in, I shared all the proof and screenshots with oyo support, but oyo failed to provide me justice and supported the fraud hotel. Don't go for the fake reviews they are giving on google.
