"The rooms are very smelly and dirty. Similarly the bathroom was also pathetic, not advisable for anyone to book and stay otherwise your Goa trip mood will deteriorate. It is even lower than the standard of Oyo. So not recommended to anyone even if you are getting it free of cost. This hotel should be delisted with the immediate effect from the Fab hotels."
