Hotel was absolutely the best...rooms were very clean...all amenities were as mentioned...staff and reception people very supportive...it's located in busy area...it has a mall nearby to visit...convenient to many places...very affordable and royal ambience...really enjoyed the visit..thank u Hotel royal place

Washroom Door mat was not available, daily house keeping was not regular. I shall not visit here again. NOT RECOMMEND

The ambience is not at all good. Even paying for the breakfast before hand in booking I was asked to pay for the breakfast. What a beautiful scam this is.

It was pathetic experience .Washroom was nit maintained and drainage was not managed .Staff was so rude .No proper comunication

The room was completely different from the pictures shown on the app. There was a strong cigarette smell, the washroom was not clean, and the room size was much smaller than expected. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Worst experience at this hotel First our train was delayed almost by 13 housr so we called fab hotels to modify the booking but the hotel person made us pay for the day we didn't stayed there Secondly the rooms were very dirty dust all over the place no toiletries were given for three guest they provided 1 towel and when asked for more they denied saying its hotel policy Third room AC was not working it was hot as hell and they didn't even care about repairing the AC they said we will call the repairing person but no one came Fourth we were ther for US Visa appointment so the best part about this hotel was its only 600ms from us visa office Everything else was just not okay i didn't even felt like taking pictures there were so many problems

Very pathetic service. Rooms are very dirty and badly maintained. Sheets and pillows cover not cleaned and they did not had any good one available. Pictures shown on website and actual room is very different. Misleading to customers.

Tv not working, room size too small, having 3 night stay but not provided a single bottle of water they charged 30 rupees per ltr bottle.room too dirty.
