We checked in at around 8:30 PM. There was no one at the reception initially, and someone arrived after about five minutes. After completing the formalities, the room key was simply handed over to us. As far as I know, a staff member usually escorts the guest and shows the room, but no one accompanied with us or showed us the room. The welcoming attitude and hospitality were not satisfactory. The room shown on the website did not match the actual room provided. The photos displayed online were quite different from the real condition of the room.The room was moderately clean, but the bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket were dirty and appeared to have been previously used. In the bathroom, the bucket already contained water, the bathroom itself was not properly cleaned, and the toilet seat was broken. Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance were disappointing, and it was not a pleasant stay experience.

My booking was cancelled just a few hours before my arrival without any prior notice. I had paid for a premium hotel, but they unilaterally cancelled it on the day of check-in and shifted my booking to a much lower-grade hotel. When I contacted them for help regarding a refund or a room change, they completely ignored my calls and did not respond at all. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend booking with them.

Dear Team, I would like to register a serious complaint regarding the highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience we had during our stay at your property last week. The room was booked several days in advance. However, upon arrival for check-in, we were informed that the room was not ready and were asked to return after some time. Trusting your assurance, we left our luggage at the property and went out. Even after returning later, the room was still not ready. When we raised our concern, the manager’s response and attitude were extremely rude and unprofessional. We were made to wait for an additional half hour, and once the room was finally allocated, the manager was shouting aggressively regarding the OTP, which was completely inappropriate. After entering the room, we were shocked to find that it did not match the images shown at the time of booking. The bathroom was in very poor condition, and the hand shower was broken. Despite repeated complaints, no action was taken to resolve this issue. Furthermore, during our entire three-day stay, no housekeeping staff attended the room even once. We were forced to stay without any room cleaning or basic maintenance, which is entirely unacceptable for a paid accommodation. Please understand that we had travelled a long distance and expected at least basic courtesy, professionalism, and minimum service standards, especially since the room was booked and paid for in advance. If your establishment is unable to provide basic facilities or treat guests with basic human decency, then bookings should not be accepted in the first place. In view of the above, I demand your immediate intervention, a clear written explanation for the issues raised, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused to us. I expect a prompt and serious response to this complaint.

Honest experience of stay of 4 days- Pros- very near to cc1, city centre metro Cons- the lifts dont work properly. The building is shared with ambrosia bar&restaurant which is not safe if u are staying alone. Room services are not upto the level. Moreover this hotel has few rooms only. The washrooms are below average.

worst experience, deceiving photos of the property. At this price a somewhat better experience can be experienced. The staff boys are least helpful. they dont help u with ur bags, dont even talk appropriately. The rooms was bad on another level. badly maintained. the bolt of the toilet was nt even working so hlwe had to sleep with the toilet door open. the commode was broken. Conplimentary breakfast needs a special bad mention. was provided 2 slices bread, one egg, a sachet of jam and a banana. didnt even serve tea with it. we had to order tea n milk and pay for it additionally. In short this property is totally avoidable. I had a late check in and the moment i checkd in i wondered when it will be morning so i cud leave this place
