Interms of their behavior they are just awesome there are many hotels in this location nowadays but their service is among best

Our stay at The Westin Plaza was absolutely incredible! From the moment we checked in, the staff, especially [mention a name if you remember, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Our room was spotless and the Heavenly Bed was a dream to sleep in. We also loved the spectacular views from the rooftop bar and the delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel's commitment to excellence is evident in every detail, and we cannot wait to return. A truly 5-star experience.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Please provide room locks and bed is not good and Fab express hotel staff behaviour is not good very very bad behaviour and I booking for Dulux room in fabexpress hotel app and provide me to hotel Manager a normal room and gate locks are not properly ready and get locks very very bad for couple you push the door and suddenly open the doors please fix properly gets lock

The stay was pathetic , 1- checkin time was 12 pm , we reached at 4 (our train was late) still the rooms were not ready , 2- rooms were very dirty , inside the room there were spitting marks , on the wall 3- washroom was not usable , the flush didn't work , 4 - room didn't had any locking option. Overall I'm not able to give 0 STAR , if I could I would've given minus to this hotel

Extremely pathetic. Worst room and service Never ever use this hotel as everything shown in picture is false. The hotel is outside city and is a place for local hookers (Couples). I reached at hotel midnight and checked in only for night stay. The guy at reception had a simple NO on every questions asked. Food - No Drinks - No Parking - No Any recommendations for local restaurants - No I booked the most premium room of this hotel. Our room was on 4th floor. Lift was dead and we had to climb stairs. After a long day I was so tired that could not even climb 2 floors too still went on 4th floor. After reaching 4th floor the door was opened and I was shocked. The room was extremely dirty. The room had insects and lizards every where. Paints coming out from walls, filthy furniture, smelly room, dirty toilets, ac 10 years old, floor full of dirt and dead insects. I called the receptionist and asked if this was premium room which I booked he said this is our premium room. Imagine what would be the cheapest room like. I had no option to go elsewhere as it was midnight and no rooms available nearby. And yes toilet seats as broken and shower did not had any water in it. I would never ever recommend anyone to go here. They are cheats and so do is is fab and Agoda as they posted fake room photos of rooms online. Rubbish, sluggish, and cheapo that is what I would say for this.

Booked a stay with @FabHotels – app showed property just 700m from Kolkata Railway Station, but it’s actually 12 km away. Clear case of misleading info! Refund still pending. If not resolved in 24 hrs, I’ll move to Consumer Court. #FabHotels #ConsumerRights #Refund

Fab Hotels i seen this name and i booked and i don't know what SOP they have for cleaning and maintenance of their hotel. They don't have any basic needs like water in the washroom. bAnd the person in reception said simply this is small hotel why you booked here i will suggest no one should book their accommodation in this property
