Hotel was absolutely the best...rooms were very clean...all amenities were as mentioned...staff and reception people very supportive...it's located in busy area...it has a mall nearby to visit...convenient to many places...very affordable and royal ambience...really enjoyed the visit..thank u Hotel royal place

Very bad room service very delay in breakfast and other service not available breakfast item tea, no give complementary water bathroom kit and any other services

Washroom Door mat was not available, daily house keeping was not regular. I shall not visit here again. NOT RECOMMEND

I booked a room via FabHotel Silver Sky, Kalighat. The room was untidy and full of used utensils. No water bottle was provided. At the time of check-in, they gave us a very small room in poor and unclean condition. We requested a better room as mentioned in the FabHotel app, but the experience was still very disappointing. The pillows were used, no water bottles were given, the room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom taps were broken, and there was a bad smell in the room. If this is the kind of stay FabHotel is providing, then it is not acceptable. We are paying a huge amount and still getting rooms in such poor condition.

Worst stay at hotel.Staff demanded extra cash.Had to call make my trip customer care for resolution .Took 1 hour in check in after reaching hotel.

This is biggest mistake of my life to choose FabHotels and i will never repeat this mistake againTotally disappointed with Fab and as well as their hotel

It was pathetic experience .Washroom was nit maintained and drainage was not managed .Staff was so rude .No proper comunication

The room was completely different from the pictures shown on the app. There was a strong cigarette smell, the washroom was not clean, and the room size was much smaller than expected. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Worst experience at this hotel First our train was delayed almost by 13 housr so we called fab hotels to modify the booking but the hotel person made us pay for the day we didn't stayed there Secondly the rooms were very dirty dust all over the place no toiletries were given for three guest they provided 1 towel and when asked for more they denied saying its hotel policy Third room AC was not working it was hot as hell and they didn't even care about repairing the AC they said we will call the repairing person but no one came Fourth we were ther for US Visa appointment so the best part about this hotel was its only 600ms from us visa office Everything else was just not okay i didn't even felt like taking pictures there were so many problems
