The experience was amazing, the hotel staff was helpful, they are attentive and the hotel is in the central area. Overall a great stay if you want to visit ghats or the Kashi temple

Took 1900 rs and gave poor service As AC has sound issue, Staff behaviour was not professional

Also washroom was full of seepage and dirty hardly we can have bath. WiFi password not provided and staff not supported in room check in Even. I think they have only one staff in hotel who was managing reception and all work.

The hotel is out of the city centre ,Staff is not supporting, in two days stay ,I had ask to clean my rooms ,even bed sheets were not clean. This stay was a total disaster , Specially Fab Hotels booking is responsible for it. They didn't tell the truth about the hotel and when asked early check in then they said Room is not available,and when I called Fab Hotels then a demand of 800 rs was made and I paid 500 Rs for early check in. I do not recommend this hotel as well as Fab Hotels as they are not trustworthy, only brokers.

If there were a negative star rating, I would have given it. This is one of the worst properties I have ever seen. All the walls were full of stains, and the pillows and blankets were in horrible condition. The place was full of gutka and cigarette smell I had to cover my nose with a mask the entire night just to sleep. There was no hot water and no proper electrical plugs

They charged me Rs 300 more than the price I booked the room for.I am very disappointed with the service.

Not able to check in as no one responded the call to find the hotel location. Please refund me asap.

Iss hotel mein mera anubhav bahut kharab raha. Hotel ke staff aur manager ka vyavhar bilkul unprofessional, rude aur badtameez tha. Unhe guests se baat karne ka bilkul tareeqa nahi hai aur kisi bhi dikkat ko suljhane ke bajaye unhone rude tareeqe se jawab diya. Iss tarah ke vyavhar ki ummeed nahi thi. Main kisi ko bhi yahan rukne ki salah nahi dunga.
