"After travelling from chennai to the Hotel, only to find that bed Linens including Pillow covers been laid which were not washed and used for atleast last 10 customers.. the stains and rotten sweaty smell were intolerant. But the staff was courteous to give me another room which also was in same pathetic state and finally ended up in a big room but that bed sheet and covers appeared to have used atleast 4-5 times and i was totally tired and asked for a single clean bed sheet and slept on top of it. So this hotel may be suitable for those who never mind sleeping over and using multiple guest used but unwashed linens and can tolerate those sweaty stained unbearable smells."

"Worst service ever, this people are not working as per fabhotel standards. No proper service provided. No toiletries provided. They expect customers to use already used soaps. Rooms were very dirty . No proper drainage. No towels were provided. Most of the areas keep smelling. Receptionist were very rude. @fabhotels, please avoid this hotel. You gonna lose your brand value for sure"

"Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight."
