Its really a good Hotel, very comfortable rooms, polite staffs, good food. Highly recommended for family to stay here

Lovely service staff whose smiles brightened our days

The room was never cleaned in my stay of 3 days even after asking. The room was very small in comparison to what was shown in the photos. Only one day breakfast was provided , which was only idli and chutney (very spicy) . No tea/coffee included in breakfast. No complimentary packaged water was provided. Only one towel was provided. Toiletries (brush, soap) was provided after asking for it. No tissue roll in toilet. The location of the property was okay, but the hotel was built on a terrace of an old building which was just next to the khairatabad metro rail.

No proper room service,with no bath soap at toilet , bed bath quality need to be improved. Dont have inhouse restaurant

Need to improve a lot. No drinking water provided. TV not able to watch. Not appearing properly hotel name and atmosphere.

A la carte was not there. The hotel did not have a restaurant. There was no power backup and persistent shortage of water. No bathroom kit was given. Extremely small and tiny rooms.

Worst room. Ac didn't work for most of the time. Even after repeated attempts due to which I had to check out early

One of the worst experiences ever for me. The rooms were not clean, was full of smoke smell. The sheets were dirty. The staff were rude and tried to argue despite us showing them proof of what was wrong.we deeply regret staying at this hotel.I hope something will be done so others will not be deceived like us especially when they are staying with family.
