    "It was Worst hotel in my life. Totally unhygienic environment, unclean bed sheets. Lift wasn't working. No kitchen/ food availability. Everything was in bad shape. When I was doing check-in reception person was very rude guy for everything like, I have asked for breakfast he told it will come from hotel restaurant that is so far from hotel and they brought breakfast from nearby places and that was unhygienic. I asked what the cost of breakfast was, he told 40 rupees. Don't include breakfast while booking this hotel because we don't even have any choice to eat."

    "I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fabhotel Serenity Hyderabad , and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing a similar situation. I was traveling with my elderly parents, both over 65 and with heart conditions, which made our stay particularly challenging. Prior to our arrival, I communicated with the sales team and booked a room for three people, specifically requesting a larger, spacious room with an additional bed. I was assured that this would be accommodated, and I was charged accordingly. However, upon our arrival late at night, we were shocked to find that the room was only suitable for two people. It was extremely crampedbarely enough space for even one large suitcase. This was unacceptable, especially considering my parents' age and health concerns. After waiting in the lobby for an exhausting 1.5 hours and making numerous calls to customer care, we were finally offered an additional room. However, by then, the situation had already caused significant stress for my parents and me. Ultimately, I decided to check out early the next morning and relocate to another hotel, even though it was far from our intended destination. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was deeply frustrating and concerning for my family's well-being. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously to avoid putting future guests in such a distressing situation. I cannot recommend based on my experience, and I urge others to consider their options carefully."

    "Frequently I stay here but this time I can see their service has deteriorated to a great extent. Bathroom was not clean at all, neither the bed linen and the towels. I had to get them changed. In my 5 nights stay they didn’t come even for once to clean the room or didn’t even ask if we need to get it cleaned. The reception manager is not efficient enough to run the show I believe."

    "Room was okay. It was not very clean.. the sheets were old, torn and almost yellow in color . Pillow covers were dirty with oil stains and hair sticking on it . Room had a very musty smell and tables and chairs were very dusty ... Service was not great. In the three days we stayed , housekeeping did not even come once to clean. However, the location is great especially if you have to be near DLF. Room price is also not cheap. We payed around 4k for 2 nights. Considering the price and given quality it was not satisfactory at all. Quite disappointing infact."

But that's kind of some backside commission work. He will take that money of room is there. If no room is available, then he will betray you even if you book early.
