    "My booking id ;=83G6J3 . I checked in around 8am by paying extra 500, total amount of around rs.2600 approx . The rooms are so shabby, unclean toilet, shanty room. Complimentary BF was I think sourced from road side vendor, packed in news paper. I didn't hv breakfast, promptly returned it back. Finally checked out by around 2.30pm or so. I need at refunfs. How can Fab Hotels recommend such hotels. For rs2600 I could have got a very good hotel elsewhere. We went through your portal only believing Fab Hotel. Also smell of cigarettes every where in Lifts, Reception, Corridors etc. Total disappointed."

    "The stay was horrible. Please don’t stay at this hotel . I had seen good reviews and had booked but my experience was really bad! 1) location is bad . I couldn’t even find it as it’s behind shops . The road to the stay is narrow and not even cab drivers were able to find it. 2)) service is horrible. the hotel staff was not looking at guest but busy with fire crackers. It took 45mins for staff to give basic towels in my 2 rooms , that too at 10pm after I had checked in at 12pm. 3) there was cockroaches every where, inside room and inside bathrooms. The buckets in bathroom was stinking . I couldn’t use the towels as the fibre was coming on my skin 4) I had paid for breakfast while Online booking but until 9.00am nothing was available. With my parents , we had to go to a nearby restaurant and had to pay extra for auto and breakfast when I asked the staff , their answer was that it will take 30mins . 5) hospitality is at its worst here . Only thing there were worried about was money . The staff wasn’t courteous at all . They all were busy with phone . Asking anything to them was falling on deaf ears. I had to wait for almost 45mins to get ac working in my room , that too at 10pm in the night . Funny thing is the staff didn’t have remotes for ac and so we were at the mercy of the temperature son the ac if it was set to 22degc, you would Be lucky . If it was 26degc, then might as well manage with fan. It looks Like the good reviews were all Paid .when u reach the reception, it seems like from a hotel were police raids consistently happens. What else can I say other than staying in fab Maruthi residency Hyderabad was one of the worst stays I ever had in my life."

    "Rooms are very old and require full fledged maintenance and renovation. Toilet seats are not good. Drainage of water in bathrooms is worst. Hot Water geysers are not functioning. Some beds are not fit to be included in executive rooms. Service is poor. The boy at counter seems good but service and maintenance is very poor. Only 2 water bottles provided for 6 guests having booking for 2 nights. Geyser is not maintained even when complaint was raised about electric shocks in taps. These people don't understand that it's not about stay it's about the hospitality and experience. Worst experience with family. FabHotel guys speak too sweet on call while we are booking. But, I suggest they should have random inspections and take strict actions with hotels that don't comply with standards. Location is the only one good thing about this hotel. 2 minutes walk from lakdikapul metro station. Overall keep it as last option. Try hard for good hotels and then come to this one when you don't have option left."

    "Rooms are good. Good enough space for a couple or 2 person.there were few ants and small cockroaches in the room. But got them cleaned later.. staff amazing and helpful.. allows early check-in and late check-out with decent charges..can connect with the hotel directly for the charges. Wifi was working, tv was working with all channels, lift working too. There's a restaurant attached too named rayalseema ruchulu.. best for food.. location is near road, and connectivity is amazing.."

    "We are not satisfied with the service. They has charged for water bottle and no complimentary breakfast not even provided the wifi. They had taken extra money Rs 1400 for early check-in including room change. There is no proper hotels near for food. Overall I am not happy with service and hotel as well."

    "Did stay we two of my friends here Water is a big issue in this hotel, there was no water in bathroom of most of rooms almost for 1.5 days, so we were asked to just switch between different rooms for having a bath. We had privilege of bathing in most of the rooms in the hotel wherever the water was available. Sometimes water will be there but no hot water will be available. Major issue is the hotel staff hardly takes any effort to resolve the issue, they just keep on telling excuses that it is resolved now and water just would not come. Finally the issue was resolved after 1.5 days in one of the rooms and we were asked to use the bathroom in that room. Don't go on photos, its an old hotel with most rooms empty and staff bothers least. When i said that we will give negative reviews, the answer was yes that is good thing since it will help us improve."

Hope they address this problem quickly ( HIT gel applied at few corners will take care ) as it spoils the entire experience. Rooms are decent, reception response is quick, location is excellent and safe to travel with family or friends or solo. Few nice eateries around and one right in the ground floor which is good."

    "Frequently I stay here but this time I can see their service has deteriorated to a great extent. Bathroom was not clean at all, neither the bed linen and the towels. I had to get them changed. In my 5 nights stay they didn’t come even for once to clean the room or didn’t even ask if we need to get it cleaned. The reception manager is not efficient enough to run the show I believe."

    "I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fabhotel Serenity Hyderabad , and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing a similar situation. I was traveling with my elderly parents, both over 65 and with heart conditions, which made our stay particularly challenging. Prior to our arrival, I communicated with the sales team and booked a room for three people, specifically requesting a larger, spacious room with an additional bed. I was assured that this would be accommodated, and I was charged accordingly. However, upon our arrival late at night, we were shocked to find that the room was only suitable for two people. It was extremely crampedbarely enough space for even one large suitcase. This was unacceptable, especially considering my parents' age and health concerns. After waiting in the lobby for an exhausting 1.5 hours and making numerous calls to customer care, we were finally offered an additional room. However, by then, the situation had already caused significant stress for my parents and me. Ultimately, I decided to check out early the next morning and relocate to another hotel, even though it was far from our intended destination. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was deeply frustrating and concerning for my family's well-being. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously to avoid putting future guests in such a distressing situation. I cannot recommend based on my experience, and I urge others to consider their options carefully."
