Good and clean room, supportive staff. Had Good stay.

My recent stay at the Imperial Regency in Indore surpassed all my expectations and left me with a truly delightful experience that I will cherish for a long time. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by an exemplary sense of hospitality. The reception desk staff were extraordinarily courteous and efficient,ensuring that my check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. They took the time to provide me with detailed information about the hotel's facilities and amenities, leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its exquisite decor that exuded an aura of elegance and charm. The attention to detail was impeccable, leaving no corner untouched in terms of aesthetics. The king-sized bed provided a level of comfort that ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. I was particularly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room, which spoke volumes about the hotel's commitment to maintaining the highest standards. The attentive and friendly service of the staff further enhanced the overall dining experience, making it truly enjoyable and memorable. What was good : Only location nothing else. What was bad : Worst hotel I stayed, no facility at all, I wonder how this hotel is rated 3 star. It's not even single star. Let me tell you about this hotel. Location is good but hotel is highly over rated and nowhere near 3 star. I have more complaint against Booking.com through which I booked this hotel. I was charged more then the published tariff of the hotel which was displayed at the hotel. Now what are the issues: 1. Toilet seat was broken. Commode was too dirty and brownish. 2. No 24 hrs hot water. They ask you to tell them when you need hot water during the day. They will then switch on central geyser. So you wait till you get hot water. 3. Wi-Fi is free but unless you ask they won't give password. 4. Newspaper is free but they won't give in the morning. 5. I have booked 2 rooms with breakfast but they said my booking is not showing breakfast included in their software. I showed them my email of booking with breakfast. They asked me to talk to Booking.com which I refused and asked them to talk rather or else accept my email. They allowed to have breakfast ultimately. 6. Next day they said we can have buffet breakfast. Only 3 items in breakfast, room had only chairs but no table to keep plates while having breakfast. First time seen such a room. The pictures they show on site are for the restaurant but not where breakfast is served. 7. Hotel charged Rs. 4,962/- for one day for 3 occupancy room. I booked 3 bed room but they gave only mattress without bed. 8. Hotel charged for 2nd room for two guests for two days Rs. 5,850/- all these are much higher then their published rates. 9. On first day they told us that they will serve breakfast in our room (first after refusing to give as our name didn't appear) since they didn't have any other guest in hotel except us or may be 1 or 2 more. 10. This hotel is not worth more then 1500/- type. Don't book Breakfast at all as it's just for name sake 3 items. I am disappointed with Booking.

One of the worst hotel.It was like a cheap hotel ever seen. Fab hotel should not fool people like this.Photos and reality does not match at all...

The most shabby hotel with mouse roaming in the room. I asked for non smoking room and there were smoke box left prior empty with smell. Toilet was like never cleaned. I asked to clean and they hotel stafff asked me to adjust as its just one night. Im never booking a Fab Hotel again and neither from AGODDA .

Filthy room and dirty washroom with paan masala spits all over, staff was also not responding to any kind of request... Better to be at airport or railway station then to go to such hotel

Hotel didn't accept booking from Fab hotels app. I have already escalated to FAB hotels customer care RAGAV and they told me to refund my money. Bad experience.

Was busy so got late in posting review I think I won't be welcomed in fab after this review as I write honest and real reviews and enjoy the integrity provided by feedback system but this is not liked by fab and it's local team So fair view dharmshala- Reached room , dirty linen ,quilt cover and pillow covers cost me more than half an hour to wait and And most disgusting thing , and the reason This is dharmashala - receptionist mr. Lokendra intimates and threaten to customers over petty issue . I just asked for a blanket And the boy at reception hung up and the telephone got engaged thereafter ,huh ! Waited for more than hour (time already 2 am ) ,than tried calling mr. Ankit (fab manager ) No response At last after contacting fab helpline a single without cover blanket was provided and it was 3 AM ALREADY That too after threatening me and intimidating me by Mr. Lokendra - ???? ?? ??? ??? ? ??? , ??? ???? ??? ??? ?? ?????? ( in tone of a dacoit ) ( auto recording in my phone has it) That too when he picked call of fab executive at helpline desk and we all three were at conference call So instead I would have taken a dharmshala- at much lower price and stayed with respect and peace In morning Fab manager (mr. Ankit )- sir ok night main service nhi dete hain yanha pe , chota hotel hai Aur aapka tarrif bhi kam tha Not even sorry I received , Pathetic and ruthless service of fab It was my last stay in fab , leaving you @fab because of your pathetic dharmashala service Being a frequent traveller , I can say of all the 400 -450 stays of my life ,really at Fab service sometimes is too worst even to think , Dear @Fab, you at support team really provide solutions after complaint but that is no Help as nothing can be compensated in exchange of a fab stay , sound sleep of which you promise and for what we come for . My whole after day got wasted because of worst sleepless night . Dear @Fab improve your ground services Not fab but worst hotels -
