This Hotel is very very nice and it is very close from all locations, tourist spots, and temples like Kamla Nehru Prani Sanghralay, Rajwada Palace, Lalbagh Palace and etc. The food is very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are luxury. It looks small from a distance, but is very big. The service is also very good. Therefore, if you or your friends are visiting Indore, book this hotel and enjoy Indore the fullest! Thanks!!!!

Everything was good but toiletries werent provided.

1) Room was not provided till waiting for about 40 minutes. 2) As we approached Room no 302, the room was still under process of cleanliness, cigratte buds were lying and we were standing out of the room for another 10 minutes...... Check your CCTV for actual situation. 3) After entering room we found electric kettel smelling very very bad.... Like rotten thing inside. 4) while making tea.... I found one mug full of dust and dirt.... Waste of cigarettes.... I think. 5) pillow cover, blanket cover dirty.... My wife asked to replace them.... Again 15 minutes. 6) ordered Tea... It was nicely prepared. 7) Overall... As Room was good we after all got relaxed. 8) I briefed the boy on counter how to manage customer's. . But after along gap Fab service..... Is Just passing marks. In year 2018-19-20 we had good experience at Pune and at Indore but now.... I am Sad. I never complained but my better half got disturbed a lot. Sad for all above.....

Front desk lady was very rude, late check out was complimentary but she asked to pay the amount, even there was 10% discount on food/beverages but even she refused to accept that and stated she don't what to know what discount it is showing but want all amount to be paid.. She was so arrogant that instead to giving the invoice in my hand she threw the invoice.. This lady was so adamant, rude, pathetic and full of attitude, that I will never go for Hotel Benchmark again Just because of her and this type of people shouldn't be kept in hospitality business. They will spoil the business and reputation of hotel.

Was busy so got late in posting review I think I won't be welcomed in fab after this review as I write honest and real reviews and enjoy the integrity provided by feedback system but this is not liked by fab and it's local team So fair view dharmshala- Reached room , dirty linen ,quilt cover and pillow covers cost me more than half an hour to wait and And most disgusting thing , and the reason This is dharmashala - receptionist mr. Lokendra intimates and threaten to customers over petty issue . I just asked for a blanket And the boy at reception hung up and the telephone got engaged thereafter ,huh ! Waited for more than hour (time already 2 am ) ,than tried calling mr. Ankit (fab manager ) No response At last after contacting fab helpline a single without cover blanket was provided and it was 3 AM ALREADY That too after threatening me and intimidating me by Mr. Lokendra - ???? ?? ??? ??? ? ??? , ??? ???? ??? ??? ?? ?????? ( in tone of a dacoit ) ( auto recording in my phone has it) That too when he picked call of fab executive at helpline desk and we all three were at conference call So instead I would have taken a dharmshala- at much lower price and stayed with respect and peace In morning Fab manager (mr. Ankit )- sir ok night main service nhi dete hain yanha pe , chota hotel hai Aur aapka tarrif bhi kam tha Not even sorry I received , Pathetic and ruthless service of fab It was my last stay in fab , leaving you @fab because of your pathetic dharmashala service Being a frequent traveller , I can say of all the 400 -450 stays of my life ,really at Fab service sometimes is too worst even to think , Dear @Fab, you at support team really provide solutions after complaint but that is no Help as nothing can be compensated in exchange of a fab stay , sound sleep of which you promise and for what we come for . My whole after day got wasted because of worst sleepless night . Dear @Fab improve your ground services Not fab but worst hotels -

Very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms, and both were in extremely poor condition. The bedsheets, blankets, and pillows were stained, the rooms had a foul smell with no proper ventilation, and the bathrooms were dirty. FabHotels has seriously degraded in terms of cleanliness and quality. I had made a partial payment before arrival, but after seeing the condition of the rooms, we refused to stay. When I contacted customer care, instead of handling the issue professionally, I was asked to click pictures so they could “trust” my complaint. Who clicks pictures while seeing a room just to be believed? This response was highly unprofessional. Despite raising the issue immediately, no refund was provided for the advance payment. Would not recommend.
