1 AverageThis is such a pathetic hotel where service and room quality is the worst. there's no availability of tea or any food item in the hotel, you need to go out for that. they don't even provide water, instead on the ground floor there is a water cooler and you have to fill your own bottle from there. moreover, in the middle of the night the ac stopped working, even so that we couldn't even charge our phones since the power plugs weren't working too. the receptionist told us to adjust within the existing rooms thatvwe had. when i contacted customer care fabhotels, they told me they couldn't do anything except raise a compensation complaint and till now i haven't received any communication on compensation complaint as well. this had to be the worst experience of all time.Pratyusha Sen, 28 May
