Read this before making your bookings. i travelled with my family to indore driving 600 km, and found this surprise. i had to book another hotel at a much higher cost at 10:00 pm. there is no parking available though i made it very clear while making this booking. the property manager asking us to keep our cars on colony road outside which is very risky. the hotel do not have their own parking space, and they are using mahindra car (saumya cars) showroom parking. you can see it in google maps as well. the hotel rooms were also stinky and was smelling foul. closed from all sides and way too small. i am attaching some pics of the property clocked from outside. the owner didn't allowed me to click rooms pictures. fab will never accept that there is an issue with the hotel. though i made continuous follow ups and provided all details they asked.

Do not book hotels with fab hotels. all the positive reviews are from their own people and staff even you can check their pictures . they will be inside that property. do not just book with fab hotels without seeing inside hotel rooms. rooms were terrible and small. they had asked me to stay in a kitchen which was converted as a room and that kitchen has one dry balcony which is converted as bathroom of 3 by 4 feet. rooms were like some uncleaned desi theka (bar). after booking online with fab when i have reached there and complaint about same with fab hotels they didn't initiate any refund and at late night i have to search for another property for my family. no parking space available for cars. hotel staff was on high when he said park in mahindra's parking area. infront of hotel you will get only 2 wheeler parking space. staff was rude.

Things were pretty decent but room wasnt that big as it is shown in the photo and it could be more clean and they dont offer any meal and even wi-fi wasnt working. there were few guys were drinking next to our rooms. we didnt have ac and tv remote in room. and ventilation wasnt there.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. everything about the hotel was exceptional. it was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. room itself was well equipped and comfortable. i was very pleased with my stay. i hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. date of stay: april-2024

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Such a worst experience there, in online it showed 1000 rs but when we went there he said "no online price" you should pay 1600 for per day + 1200 for this morning (we went around 5:30 am) so for 6 hrs we need to pay 1200 . and the person wasn't friendly . location also worst there is stagnant water around there in road . kindly avoid the reviews i think those all reviews are made by them itself
