I received call from hotel Manager on dated 23rd May& told that you lost the hotel card he also demanded additional money Rs 500/- I simply told the Manager to check the camera first then call. I already paid the full money at the time of check in & given hotel card also at the time of check out.

Extremely disappointed with FabHotels’ overall service. The biggest issue is their poor coordination and lack of proper communication with the hotels they list. What they promise during booking often doesn’t match what the hotel is actually informed about. This leads to unnecessary confusion, extra charges, and a frustrating experience for customers. The hotel staff often ends up dealing with problems that are clearly caused by FabHotels’ mismanagement, while customers are left feeling helpless. Customer support from FabHotels is slow, unresponsive, and rarely takes ownership of the issue. Would not recommend using FabHotels if you’re expecting a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free stay.

Room is very shaby.. They could have atleast clean the room there was lot of dust and the washroom was very dirty water was leaking outnof pipes. I wont visit here again

Not good experience, the only thing maintained is the lawns. All other things are not maintained at all. Broken taps, broken switchboard, curtains about to fall. Staff don't understand cleanliness, politeness. Most horrible ' buffet breakfast '... I regret booking this hotel

Worst experience of life visiting hotel The Grey Circle. Booked a Executive Triple Room via Booking.Com but after reaching the property alongwith my family they offered us an extremely small room in the name of premium room. When we shared our concern the shift manager Rahul was extremely rude in their conversation and infact Rahul claimed himself to be the owner which he was not. I would not recommend anyone to visit this property in Indore for their stay, you will endup paying more and getting less. Special message for the actual owner of the property please visit or check how your employees are working in your absence, they need to be trained how to talk with their customers otherwise your business will certainly decline in due course of time.

Pathetic! Booked executive room and it was just beside the hotel kitchen. Noisy and not comfortable at all. Even water pressure of washroom is very poor. Location of this hotel is big plus other wise not recommended to stay here.
