Everything was good but toiletries werent provided.

Firstly and most importantly, the Hotel Staff was non-cooperative and insensitive. Being a lady senior citizen, I needed a cab for dropping me to the Indore Railways Station at night around 9:30 PM. I requested the hotel staff to arrange for an Uber or Ola cab but they refused straightaway and instead offered to arrange a pre-paid cab which costed me almost double the tariff than an Uber or Ola cab. All of your staff had smartphones and they could have easily used the Uber or Ola App on their Smartphones to book a Uber or Ola cab for me...it was a few taps for them on their smartphones but they refused inspite of my repeated requests for helping me out. You should give this feedback to your staff and train them better on sensitivity and try to inculcate an attitude of "Always ready to help the Guest(s)" especially in case of lady senior citizens. Secondly, your room tariffs are quite high as compared to other Hotels in your neighborhood and in surrounding areas. Also, your overall service and staff is not upto the standards as it should be considering your comparatively high Room Tariffs. Please consider this feeback from your Guest and do something constructive to improve on these issues in the future. Thank you!

The customer care service is pathetic the agents are fraudsters, they've given me the discount beforehand but that discount didn't get applied during the checkin, I've to pay the full amount and no one picked up the call for assistance

Front desk lady was very rude, late check out was complimentary but she asked to pay the amount, even there was 10% discount on food/beverages but even she refused to accept that and stated she don't what to know what discount it is showing but want all amount to be paid.. She was so arrogant that instead to giving the invoice in my hand she threw the invoice.. This lady was so adamant, rude, pathetic and full of attitude, that I will never go for Hotel Benchmark again Just because of her and this type of people shouldn't be kept in hospitality business. They will spoil the business and reputation of hotel.

Was busy so got late in posting review I think I won't be welcomed in fab after this review as I write honest and real reviews and enjoy the integrity provided by feedback system but this is not liked by fab and it's local team So fair view dharmshala- Reached room , dirty linen ,quilt cover and pillow covers cost me more than half an hour to wait and And most disgusting thing , and the reason This is dharmashala - receptionist mr. Lokendra intimates and threaten to customers over petty issue . I just asked for a blanket And the boy at reception hung up and the telephone got engaged thereafter ,huh ! Waited for more than hour (time already 2 am ) ,than tried calling mr. Ankit (fab manager ) No response At last after contacting fab helpline a single without cover blanket was provided and it was 3 AM ALREADY That too after threatening me and intimidating me by Mr. Lokendra - ???? ?? ??? ??? ? ??? , ??? ???? ??? ??? ?? ?????? ( in tone of a dacoit ) ( auto recording in my phone has it) That too when he picked call of fab executive at helpline desk and we all three were at conference call So instead I would have taken a dharmshala- at much lower price and stayed with respect and peace In morning Fab manager (mr. Ankit )- sir ok night main service nhi dete hain yanha pe , chota hotel hai Aur aapka tarrif bhi kam tha Not even sorry I received , Pathetic and ruthless service of fab It was my last stay in fab , leaving you @fab because of your pathetic dharmashala service Being a frequent traveller , I can say of all the 400 -450 stays of my life ,really at Fab service sometimes is too worst even to think , Dear @Fab, you at support team really provide solutions after complaint but that is no Help as nothing can be compensated in exchange of a fab stay , sound sleep of which you promise and for what we come for . My whole after day got wasted because of worst sleepless night . Dear @Fab improve your ground services Not fab but worst hotels -

The room was not at all up to the mark and completely different from the pictures shown online, which is misleading. The AC was making loud continuous noise, the room was poorly maintained, and overall cleanliness and upkeep were unacceptable. Because of these issues, I checked out within 1 hour of check-in on 4 March, even though my booking was till 6 March. The room was simply unfit to stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless basic maintenance, honesty in listings, and service quality are seriously improved.
