2 AverageHotel is newish so the rooms look good. however, some rooms have windows leading to the toilet pipes outlet, so can't open them, so no ventilation in such rooms. also, they have no noise insulation between rooms, so can hear any loud sounds very clearly in neighbouring rooms. staff is indisciplined and not prompt at all. they need to wear uniform. one of the employees uses the sofa in the lounge clearly meant for customers. linen is not clean and had to ask for it to be changed as found hair and dirt on multiple places on them. i wonder what will happen to the place if it runs like this for one more year. i guess it's ok for people on a budget who don't really care about anything good.Ta Gore, 26 Dec

3 GoodWhen we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.Mantu Kumar, 24 Mar
