**disgusting service and random charges – stay away!** this hotel is an absolute nightmare. the **staff is rude, unprofessional, and they clearly have no respect for their guests**, especially women. i was **walking quietly in the hallway, and the receptionist rudely shouted at me** to stay in my room for no reason at all. to make matters worse, **they’re charging for early checkout based on whatever random amount they feel like!** there is no transparency in their charges, and it’s as if they’re making up the rules on the spot to squeeze more money out of guests. additionally, **i didn’t even receive towels as per the number of guests in the room**. instead of handling it professionally, **they barged into our room to check**, which felt like a complete violation of privacy. the entire experience was uncomfortable and frustrating. this place is **dirty, disorganized, and completely lacking in professionalism**. do yourself a favor and **avoid this hotel at all costs**. you’ll regret ever booking here!

Worst hotel. unprofessional people are running this hotel. i have raised a complaint about this with fabhotels regarding rude behaviour of staff (especially golu) and poor service, but no concrete actions taken by fabhotels.

Staff behaviour very good and nice clean hotel and good service

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
