Very bad experience hum 3 dost stay kiya hotel mai yeh hotel bhot negative hai means to say ke edar ek negativity mehsos hoti hai bhot jaise ki kush ho edar or jinse bi bahar bat ki hotel ke leya sabi ne yehi bola ke hotel theek nhi soo. Ek insaan siref ek room nhi book krta ek apne friends ya family sath bhot good memories bi capture krta hai lekin yaha ratt neend nhi aye dusra fan bi nhi hai wall ac hai jiske Ac ki taise hai soch ke yeh hotel book kro??

Third class hotel and no good response from reception

Hi everyone in taken room fr 2 days first days I booked by make my trip and paid around 1900 for me and my 12 years daughter but th time of check in they tell tht thy want 500 rs extra me alredy book fr one adult and one child but tht not accept th booking thy want extra money fr child one old man in the reception very ride person very very bad experience so don’t take room there

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an absolutely terrible experience with the staff. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They seemed to be completely disinterested in providing any level of customer service and went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome. The check-in process was a complete nightmare. The staff member who assisted me was impatient and short with me, barely acknowledging my presence and seemingly annoyed that I was even there. When I asked a few questions about the amenities and local area, they responded with a bored tone and didn't even look at me. It was clear that they just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. The poor attitude of the staff continued throughout my stay. When I needed assistance with my room, they were slow to respond and acted as if it was an inconvenience. They were not accommodating at all, and I felt as if I was inconveniencing them with even the simplest requests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff's terrible attitudes and lack of customer service made my stay incredibly unpleasant. If you're looking for a hotel with friendly and helpful staff, look elsewhere.
