Rooms are too small...not cleaned. there are insect and spider in room. bathroom also too dirty. too much smell in pillow and blanket.

The washroom and bed were not clean, no soap and handwash was not available. need to fix it for a better experience. hope this will be noticed , however the staff was helpful

Very bad hotel, no good rooms, phones in good rooms are not working, tv is not working, tea is bad, room has breakfast but breakfast was not given. club on the lower floor of the hotel, dj music plays till late night, can't even sleep

Good location but useless, poor, shabby hotel, very poor entrance, loud music from bar restaurant till 11.30 pm. the hotel images uploaded online vs the actual quality of rooms is misguiding. waste of money. my worst experience till now was at fabhotel. service is nothing. arrogant manager unclean, untidy and smelly rooms with mosquitos. zero maintenance. leaky taps, neither flush nor showers works. most of the rooms have the same problem. tv non functional.

Very untidy room. zero maintenance. leaky taps and ac. flush doesn't work in washroom neither showers. the room smells very bad. every room here has the same prblm. i booked the hotel for two nights, but had to checkout early. please do not book here from fabhotel or offline if you really want a comfortable stay.

Very very poor entrance. room was smelling, water log in bathroom, water leakage in tap & no operational tv. loud music from bar restaurant till 11.30 pm.
