My recent stay at the Imperial Regency in Indore surpassed all my expectations and left me with a truly delightful experience that I will cherish for a long time. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by an exemplary sense of hospitality. The reception desk staff were extraordinarily courteous and efficient,ensuring that my check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. They took the time to provide me with detailed information about the hotel's facilities and amenities, leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its exquisite decor that exuded an aura of elegance and charm. The attention to detail was impeccable, leaving no corner untouched in terms of aesthetics. The king-sized bed provided a level of comfort that ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. I was particularly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room, which spoke volumes about the hotel's commitment to maintaining the highest standards. The attentive and friendly service of the staff further enhanced the overall dining experience, making it truly enjoyable and memorable. The strategic location of the hotel added another layer of convenience to my stay. Its proximity to the city center like railway station and bus stop and major attractions made it effortless for me to explore the vibrant culture of Indore. However, what truly set the Imperial Regency apart from other hotels was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel like a truly valued guest, and their eagerness to assist with any queries or concerns made my stay all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, my stay at the Imperial Regency was nothing short of extraordinary. The meticulous attention to detail, the breathtaking decor, and the exemplary service all contributed to creating an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indore, as it promises a luxurious and enriching stay that will surpass even the highest expectations.

This is a major concern. ⦁ Poor Mattress Condition: Old, worn mattresses with exposed springs pose a comfort and safety hazard. This is unacceptable and should be immediately addressed. ⦁ Lack of Parking: The lack of on-site parking necessitates street parking, creating constant inconvenience and potentially problematic situations, especially during busy periods. ⦁ Below-Average Rooms & Amenities: Rooms are significantly below average, indicating neglect in upkeep and maintenance. Specific issues beyond the mattresses need to be highlighted (e.g., bathroom condition, furniture condition, cleanliness). ⦁ Old Bedding and Furnishings: The outdated bedding and general condition of furnishings reinforce the overall impression of poor maintenance. ⦁ Misleading Online Representation: The hotel's online photos significantly misrepresent the actual condition of the rooms. A discrepancy of approximately 50% between the advertised condition and the reality is unacceptable. This constitutes deceptive marketing and false advertising. Overall: The combination of inflated prices, subpar accommodation, a lack of parking, and misleading online imagery makes this hotel a very poor choice. The proximity to the airport does not compensate for the significant shortcomings. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made. A thorough inspection of the rooms and an update to the online photos are essential before anyone should consider booking here.

Extremely Disappointing Stay Misleading Images, Poor Service & No Basic Comfort My stay at FabHotel Royal Palace, Indore was extremely disappointing and stressful. Firstly, the room allotted was very small, much smaller than what was shown in the images during booking. The actual room was completely different from the photos, which is misleading for guests booking online. The room was directly facing the main road, and throughout the night there was constant traffic noise, vehicle movement, and horns, making it nearly impossible to sleep. At the very least, hotel rooms should have basic soundproofing, which was completely lacking. To make matters worse, the AC was not working, the TV was not functional, and the room was heavily infested with mosquitoes. When I requested an extra blanket, the staff refused, stating it was not available. At around 2:00 AM, after being unable to sleep due to mosquitoes, I tried calling the reception multiple times for help (All Out / mosquito repellent), but no one answered the phone. I had to personally go down to the reception at that hour. Instead of providing a proper solution, I was handed a cheap agarbatti and a matchbox, and the staff behaved rudely, saying that I was unnecessarily disturbing them. This level of poor service, misleading presentation, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional staff behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel unless there are serious improvements in room quality, soundproofing, staff attitude and guest support.

Hotel didn't accept booking from Fab hotels app. I have already escalated to FAB hotels customer care RAGAV and they told me to refund my money. Bad experience.

Before this stay I believed @fabhotel to be Fab , but now I feel like it should be renamed as worst chain of hotels with goons like staff , with no etiquette to talk and behave . If a guest (like me ) whose tarrif was reduced by fab in promotional offer , they act as if I m working for them and I m staying for free. First during check in , his pathetic tone of talking , rude behaviour ... Like "yanha sign karo " , chale jao room par etc .. I asked to change The dirty quilt cover, and he gave such response in words over phone as if ( mr. Narayan ) he is doing a favour and I work under him. In a hotel when you have to request for basic amenities to a rude , pathetic , untrained person and that too he is offering as if I m staying in hotel for free For water I have to ask him , than he provided half litre water bottle and when I asked him for a litre , mr. Narayan - itna hi milta hai , dekhta hoon main (As if I dont know , as if I m staying first time in fab) Television -no channel was working , I complained ,nothing happened for half an hour On asking receptionist- karwa toh ra hoon na , ruko toh Setup box got changed but still nothing worked ,not even free channels (I have video recorded ) I complained so receptionist - jo pack hai utna hi chalega , baki mujhe nhi pata ......nothing happened , it didn't worked With so much of problems With rude staff ,NO TV and mental upsetness I had most pathetic stay of my life . Really this need to be addressed and action taken , as ur @fabhotel other hotels are better but this experience is forcing me to leave fab hotel for always . Being a frequent hotel guest (of over 168 bookings in chain hotels in indore year 2019) I request you to address the issue and inform me for the action taken .

I booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip, but when I arrived, the hotel owner told me that they had no booking in my name and that the property was actually under construction, so they couldn’t provide me a room. I immediately contacted Fab Hotels customer care, but they said they couldn’t help and asked me to call MakeMyTrip. When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they tried reaching the hotel, but the owner refused to answer or speak to them. After making me wait for almost 2 hours, MakeMyTrip finally issued a refund. This was extremely inconvenient as I had traveled a long distance with my parents, only to be left stranded. To make matters worse, the hotel owner later said he had a “big room” available for my family but demanded a much higher price. This clearly shows that the hotel was running a scam.
