Hi...Myself manish came from Delhi for business purpose and stayed in hotel Bee Town in room no 120 . On the first day I received a warm welcome by front office staff in a professional manner.tjey offered me a welcome drink and checked in me within a few minutes without any delay especially Mr. Abhishek ( Front Office Manager) assisted me in a excellent way to enjoy my stay at the hotel.I stayed there for 2 days.Food quality was just amazingly perfect and the service mind blowing ,service staff was also professional. Thanks a lot to Hotel Bee Town and Mr. Abhishek to make my stay memorable.Next time when I will visit MP definitely will choose this hotel only where hospitality counts.

Our stay at Gravity Inn was fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and modern decor, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend Gravity Inn.

What was good : The staff is very courteous and warm. Location of the hotel is very convenient for people travelling by road. Saves you from entering the city traffic. Thr breakfast is not a very large spread but it is DELICIOUS. in fact the breakfast prompted us to have dinner as well. What was bad : Towels are threadbare and torn. Should be replaced. Even tea/coffee not available before 7.00 am and no kettle or condiments provided in the room. Guests looking at an early start should take note.

The rooms are great in facilities but lacks maintenance. There was dust settled on almost everything in the room and the room wasn't cleaned while checking-in. These issues were rectified eventually over the period of stay, but coming to a room that needs cleaning after a long journey is a pain. Edit after response from owner: Check-in time is 12 noon. I checked in at 1:45 pm, well after the check-in time. I am pretty sure 1 hour 45 minutes was more than enough time for cleaning. I also left the room immediately after asking it to be cleaned. I only returned after 10 pm and the room was still not cleaned. Please do not give excuses when I gave you more than 10 hours to do your duty.

I recently attended the thread ceremony of my nephew,and the experience was amazing. They arranged everything hall decoration,flower decoration, theme of thread ceremony ,music etc. We were late at the venue and breakfast time was over.but still they arranged breakfast for us. The hall ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. I highly recommend The Bee town for anyone looking for Indian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel and staff was good but i wanna share my thoughts about the Fab hotel customer executives, as these ppl are very pathetic. I have to change the hotel and executives held my check in for almost 3 hrs, they made me roam around 3 KMs in rains and selected wrong hotel. They were not stopped on this, the price of the hotel has been increased 400 rs more than the actual price of the room at hotel ( u can choose hotel directly offfline without reaching the fab website). They made me to call more than 30 times in the mean time to get my room. In short the customer support team is awful.

Hotel didn't accept booking from Fab hotels app. I have already escalated to FAB hotels customer care RAGAV and they told me to refund my money. Bad experience.

Hotels are the Remark of Hospitality! Indians believe that where they go to opt any of the FabHotels they would be able find it 'The Best'; unfortunately felt very awkward when it comes to insulting guest and its colleagues (whose responsibility was to ensure safe stay of a Female Senior), instructing an attendant to bring back him immediately; whatelse can be more insulting for a female!! For such indulgent(s), couples friendly hotels are open across India... purpose of choosing Fabhotels wasn't to get insulted and to feel humiliated! Worst Experience of Stay in FabHotels, being a frequent traveller :(

Room is very shaby.. They could have atleast clean the room there was lot of dust and the washroom was very dirty water was leaking outnof pipes. I wont visit here again

Not good experience, the only thing maintained is the lawns. All other things are not maintained at all. Broken taps, broken switchboard, curtains about to fall. Staff don't understand cleanliness, politeness. Most horrible ' buffet breakfast '... I regret booking this hotel
