Everything was good but toiletries werent provided.

The customer care service is pathetic the agents are fraudsters, they've given me the discount beforehand but that discount didn't get applied during the checkin, I've to pay the full amount and no one picked up the call for assistance

Bedsheets were torn with holes and traces of oil or something yaaks... Pillow covers were not changed... AC was not working.. washroom floor was sticky.. toilet pot jet was broken... Gyser installed but not plugged...no solar connect no central gyser system..

Receptionist without information ac switch off from main line, insects on bad,rat is playing in room, rude behaviour like criminal must watch photos & videos
