Location-wise, the hotel is good and is approximately 3 km from Rajwada Palace. The rooms are neat and clean, making it a suitable option for a budget stay in Indore. If you are planning to visit Indore and looking for an affordable hotel, you can consider this property. I stayed here for one day only. The hotel is also close to Sarafa Bazaar and Rajwada Palace. Security arrangements are average.

I strongly recommend don't go there, they are running a syndicate of trap here, also responsible are Fab hotel. When you book the rooms that can support 4, they have mentioned 2 max and in description mentioned 4 making it very confusing. On the booking when you reach there they will not even let you step inside inside hotel. They harrased my parents till night 3 am. I am writing this review in night 3. Called fab hotels multiple time no response. Even after hefty booking they will ask you thousands of money just to checkin. We felt like crying. My parents are in their 80s, they not even let them sit in reception. Mr virendra is hotel manager is absolute horrible person. Please save yourself and so not book this hotel.

Terrible experience at Hotel Bee Town, Indore! Booked online, but basic amenities like towels were missing. Reception was unhelpful, implying we were lucky to get essentials after complaining. They charged extra for towels and dental kits, making online booking a regret. Not recommended for online bookings.

This hotel staff is running a scam. They charge 1700 for early check in, but the actual invoice is for only 236. Add to this the hotel number was switched off early in the morning and main gate locked, even the call center did not have an alternate number. The hotel staff were not even apologetic. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extremely Disappointing Stay Misleading Images, Poor Service & No Basic Comfort My stay at FabHotel Royal Palace, Indore was extremely disappointing and stressful. Firstly, the room allotted was very small, much smaller than what was shown in the images during booking. The actual room was completely different from the photos, which is misleading for guests booking online. The room was directly facing the main road, and throughout the night there was constant traffic noise, vehicle movement, and horns, making it nearly impossible to sleep. At the very least, hotel rooms should have basic soundproofing, which was completely lacking. To make matters worse, the AC was not working, the TV was not functional, and the room was heavily infested with mosquitoes. When I requested an extra blanket, the staff refused, stating it was not available. At around 2:00 AM, after being unable to sleep due to mosquitoes, I tried calling the reception multiple times for help (All Out / mosquito repellent), but no one answered the phone. I had to personally go down to the reception at that hour. Instead of providing a proper solution, I was handed a cheap agarbatti and a matchbox, and the staff behaved rudely, saying that I was unnecessarily disturbing them. This level of poor service, misleading presentation, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional staff behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel unless there are serious improvements in room quality, soundproofing, staff attitude and guest support.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room smelled terrible, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall condition of the room was below standard. On top of that, the service was poor — staff showed no urgency or concern when complaints were made. This was not a comfortable or pleasant experience at all. Very bad experience never ever stay here

It's a hotel where both feb and hotel make you foolish it was worst experience.tv is not functional in any room, drinking water is provided in jug like lodge.hot water is not supplied in some of the room's.never book any hotel through feb.even no response by Feb on your complaint.
