Simply awesome and highly recommended.. Wasn't feeling like I was living in a hotel it was a like a Home Stay... Clean rooms. 24x7 supply of power and water.... Care takers Sonu lokendra and Meena bhaiya and his wife All were very polite and friendly. And most importantly The owner of the property Mr. Rathore( Banna saa) is personally taken care of everything.

I really liked the professional attitude and the personal touch of the staff to make my stay much more comfortablr that id expected.

Worst hotels to stay does not maintain rooms , No hot water no working AC,no water in washbasin ,all switches are broken...207 room washroom door lock broken room is dirty , shited to room no 106 which is worst than that Ac doesn't work properly, no water in washbasin , switches are broken . TV is not working

I have book the hotel by online booking but the after the check-in I find out the wrost condition of the hotel bathroom nd suffocated room condition room service not good not a cooperative type staff bad condition of hotel room and bathroom not a proper clean. Not satisfied by the hotel

It is my first time Booking with the Fab Group of Hotel. When I reached the Property at 04.50 PM the booked room was not ready. After half an hour waiting they allotted room at top floor of the property which was covered by a tin/fiber shade. When I requested for allotment of another room, Was refused saying that there is no vacant room in their property. I was told to take back my booking amount as a refund then I refused saying that there is no solution to my problem. It is VERY HORRIBLE SITUATION for my at 5.40 PM. Then they Shifted me to their other property. In Short I'd say is that when you don't have the room facilities then why take the booking.

I don’t know if it was the hotel guys or fabhotel that scammed us. But we paid an advance booking amount a day prior to confirm our booking, the hotel reception said they only received half the amount of the advance we sent. Tried to call fabhotel customer care but they were utterly useless. Second thing, according to the reception the room we booked didn’t even exist and we would have to upgrade to another room which obviously costs more. So now not only did we apparently have to pay the advance amount that was “missing” we had to pay more for another room. Finally after about an hour the reception guy said okay just pay for the upgraded room no need to pay the advance amount. Some one is scamming. Either the hotel management or fabhotel. Sort this out.

Bakwas hotel. They take money in advance but at time of check in they deny to provide room.

Booked a room for my workers and had the first hand experience shared by them and went there to check. Awkward spring mattresses of 20+30 yrs old era, literally you can feel them while sitting or laying on them, totally uncomfortable, one can't have a good night sleep. So many electrical sockets in the room, only 2-3 works. The bathroom shower door is stuck on the floor and you have to lift upward to operate the door. The overhead shower doesn't have the water pressure and the wash basin tap makes you wet even opening the tap a little. Either fan operates on 1 or at full speed. Filthy aircondition water drainage, they literally have kept a half cut plastic water bottle on the WC's concealed water tank to collect the water and that too splashing on your head while using the WC. No kitchen, no breakfast, no laundry services available. No professional staff. Not even the fresh mineral water bottles, they collect the old bottles and fill them with RO water as per them. With so many problems, one can very well imagine what kind of water source they must be having. Overall, A Big NO NO for this property. Would never recommend this so-called hotel.
