This is really beautiful and comfortable stay. Staff and owner is very polite and humble. Must visit. Great experience. Homely feel.

Overall was good, there was smell in starting but after ventilation for 5min it got clear, tv was not recharged.

Room good and budget friendly. Staff supportive. Little leakage from flush of toilet.

Good place for a small stay for corporates. One thing to be improved is food quality and service.

Day-1&3 was Good. Day-2 was bad, It Appeared, Between 8pm-12 Midnight, Someone on the same Floor was Drunk and Shouting and Yelling on someone , Even if My Door was Closed. That Yelling was completely Distrubing. Hotel should avoid allowing these Drunk People in the Hotel and atleast not on the floor where Family is staying.

Experience is not good as room is unclean, bedsheet is torn. Regular bad smell coming in from room

Pathetic hotel and services. They took extra amount even after confirmed booking by saying that there is no room left by saying that only 1 room is left and that is upper price from my booking. Although I paid I do not want some panic situation because I was with family. So paid. And I have paid the hotel with breakfast and guess what there is no kichen in that hotel. In the name of breakfast they are bringing Allo parathas from road side stall which would cost 30 rs and bring teas in small paper Cup would not more than 10 rs. I asked to bring coffe in cup but they don't have any cups. The mattress they provided there is no rui or cotton inside it. Tv was broken. I asked to change the room so changes TV. Broken footrest. Kettle water heater was not working asked to changed I asked some milk powder, green tree or coffee pouches but they don't have any. I have to asked dentel kit They provide 1 pouch of oil. 1 pouch of clinic plus shampoo Brushes was soo soo They clean my once in three day I asked them to clean they staff is not available right now on last day. I booked this because I don't want to spend much prices on hotel But I cost me alot more than 3000 rs per day. This hotel could not cost more than 1000 per day and this is max. The fab hotel is also pathetic they only need there commission and per know around 2000 amount goes to fab hotels.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. We are visiting from another country and made a reservation. I got an email confirmation with our details and due to an unexpected circumstance we had to cancel. When we called to cancel they sent us through hoops and we were on hold for hours and hours. We finally got through and they had used our credit card to book us in various places all across India none of which were our actual reservation. THEY STOLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM US WHICH WE HAVE TO FIGHT WITH OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET BACK . Even though the website says free cancellation they would not cancel our reservation. We had to call our credit card card company to prevent any further charges . They are not helpful and just want to take your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE SAVE THE HEADACHE AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. December 21,2025: thank you for your response but I have emailed you two days ago and received no help or support on this matter. This is horrible customer service and I can’t understand why we can’t just cancel our reservation. Do not book with these people.

This hotel is totally waste of money, the rooms are smelly with dampness in walls and pillow cover with hole and quilt with hole, the images which are on website are different then real. I asked the fab hotel team change my room they said it is not possible I felt trapped by coming here
