I would recommend the white moon hotel and amit ji if looking for any stay related help in Jaipur. Clean rooms, helpful staff and peacefully located. No doubt the best accomodation we found in jaipur
Recently I stayed at The White Moon, and honestly, my experience was absolutely amazing! ✨ From the moment I entered, the staff made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Their service was truly top-class – everything was perfectly managed and well organized. The staff members are very polite, humble, and down to earth. The best part is that they treat their guests like family members, which makes the stay even more special and memorable. Rooms, ambience, cleanliness, hospitality – everything was A1 and beyond expectations. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Looking forward to visiting again.
Overall was good, there was smell in starting but after ventilation for 5min it got clear, tv was not recharged.
Room good and budget friendly. Staff supportive. Little leakage from flush of toilet.
Good place for a small stay for corporates. One thing to be improved is food quality and service.
Ok Ok rooms, zerp for bfast as it was not served at all. When asked they said the kitchen will open at 10am and then only we could serve. Had to check out withpout the bfast and the money spent is wasted. Torn bedsheets, bugs in the room and not properly maintained. Not at all for family. Pathetic stay
Photos looked great—clean, well-maintained rooms and nice exterior—but they were heavily edited. Reality didn’t match. Check-in was delayed (room not ready), which was annoying. Rooms were clean and okay, but just average. Decent stay, nothing special. Check recent real guest photos before booking.
Experience is not good as room is unclean, bedsheet is torn. Regular bad smell coming in from room
Recently, my friend and I visited Jaipur for a couple of days and stayed at Shiv Mahima Hotel. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM, while the official check-in time was 12:00 PM. Since rooms were available, we requested an early check-in. However, the hotel charged us an additional ₹300 for the early access. In my previous experiences, hotels generally accommodate early check-ins without extra charges if rooms are vacant. Though disappointed, we paid the amount and proceeded with the check-in. The room itself was decent and reasonably clean, so there were no major complaints regarding cleanliness or basic amenities. However, the behavior of the hotel staff was not professional. Additionally, the room keys and other materials provided appeared to be of very low quality. On the same night, while stepping out for dinner, the room key broke as we were locking the door. We immediately went to the reception to report the issue and requested a duplicate key. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the situation calmly, the staff began blaming and humiliating us. They accused us of intentionally breaking the key, which was both unreasonable and upsetting. We tried to explain that such incidents can happen accidentally and that if we had broken the key intentionally, we would not have reported it ourselves. However, the staff was unwilling to listen and continued to insist that we were responsible. What should have been a simple resolution turned into a 20–25 minute heated argument. Eventually, when we asked for a solution so we could move on, the staff demanded ₹500 as a repair charge for the broken key. Considering that key repairs generally cost much less, the amount seemed excessive. Despite trying to reason with them, they were not willing to reconsider. To avoid further harassment and delay, we paid the ₹500. Overall, this experience left us feeling disrespected and unfairly treated. It appeared that the hotel was more focused on extracting additional money rather than ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Shiv Mahima Hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur. Travelers should be cautious, as unexpected charges may arise during their stay. I also request FabHotels to review and monitor the conduct of properties listed under their brand to ensure such incidents do not happen to other guests
Worst experience ever. - Extremely rude staff - Poor maintenance - Strong bad smell throughout the room - Geyser not working We stayed here for just one day and had to leave due to the terrible experience. The staff was shockingly rude and behaved as if they didn’t care about customers at all. The hotel is located inside a residential society, and the society gates are locked at night. This was never communicated to us. As a result, we were roaming around at 3:00 AM, searching for the correct entrance for nearly half an hour. Despite the hotel being almost empty, we were deliberately given a room on the 4th floor just because we booked through FabHotels. This was done even though the lift was not working. There was also no staff available to help with luggage, so we had to carry our bags ourselves all the way up to the 4th floor. To make matters worse, the room we were assigned did not even have a key. The excuse given was that a previous guest had taken it with them. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.
