Hotel wash room was quite dirty, no soap nothing. the person at reception was very arrogant. also he always make a mistake in calculation so kindly check ur bill before leaving hotel. firstly he denied for ur breakfast. but after some time he got agreed. i am not going to recommend this hotel to any one. lastly the kitchen and supporting staff was good.

One of the worst hotels in which i have been to till date. never book this hotel from fabhotels because once you reach the hotel they will tell you that our rate is x amount and you have paid less than that amount we can't provide you hotel at the rate shown in the fabhotel website or the application. though i have contacts, i used them and they provided me with a hotel room but the room was terrible. the other rooms were vacant but he provided me the room which was the worst room they have as i booked from fabhotels. highly disappointing and the guy who sits at the reception in the morning, his name is (mr. reddy) mostly, he is the manager there he doesn't solve the problem or even tell the staff to visit this room. ac was not working properly, in tap there was current in the basin tap.

The rooms are very dirty. not at all maintained. we booked the hotel for 2 nights and reached the hotel in the evening. till then, they did not clean the rooms. the heaters in the bathroom were not working. we had to check 5-6 rooms to get a nice room. every room we checked, either flush was not working, or the room air conditioners were not working etc. each room had a certain problem. the bedsheets were not properly washed. the room was very dusty. the cupboards were dirty. the breakfast was served at the hotel was ok. the service was very poor. the photo of the rooms posted in the site was not relevant. those are old pictures and the current rooms are not at all maintained. will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

I appreciate the environmentally friendly practices of the hotel. it's good to see them taking steps towards sustainability.
