Nice hospitalpitality and value for money.

beds are not comfortable not hygenic..This hotel is just for couples to spent time for 2-3 hours

No mirror in my room, no hot water, bedsheet was not clean, No electricity in hotel kesar inn, I had to change which spoiled my money n time

Very very dirty hotel , dont book this hotel

The location is pathetic and also the room is very dirty.No hygiene and the staff is not that much helpful and also demanded extra money for keeping the luggage on the check out date.

No breakfast provided, room cleanness ia zero , toen bedsheet , broken curtain rod, no towel provided

Admin work like booking confirmation and prepayment confirmation is ridiculous

Very bad experience for staff behaviour, need to call multiple times to reception for a single service, Staff is also not co-operative, washroom condition is not good tap and shower leakage issue is there, once you go at the reception then only they will help, worst experience ever.

Extremely unhygienic, difference between photos and the real is very big . Rooms are very bad in reality and there is no response from fab hotel team
