He personally checked in with guests, making sure we were well taken care of. Its rare to see such dedication, and it made my stay extra

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Rooms are good but a little bit small and there's no kitchen. The bathroom is too small and not clean enough.still it was a good experiences and the staff are good

The wash room lacked water supply, toiletries, and stinks. The TV and the TV remote were not functioning. The complimentary breakfast of bread toasts and poga lacked freshness and taste. Disappointing staying experience altogether.

Very nice and helpfull staff, nice breakfast, way better then a lot of other hotels in Gauagon
