They didn't even have proper mattresses , as per the hotel manager either you'll stay for a day or 10 days you'll get only 1 water bottle and when i ask him that what if i do a booking daily than you have to give me water bottle daily than he said no , only 1 water bottle for guest. hot water was not available and they didn't have fab hotel branding anywhere all signage boards are of oyo. highly dissatisfied..

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.
