The room is good and staff was extremely corporative and managing the property is very wholesome way there is a person in the reception idk the name of that uncle he is from Himachal he is very kind and helpful

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Hotel is quite good to stay for a night, but there is some lack of amenities in room and have to ask for everything like no dental kit available but if you can ask they will arrange. It was Fab hotels mistake while reservation they told that everything is available in amenities as well restaurant but when we reached nothing is available. Hotel owner is good he supported which I asked, but fab Hotel should have update their knowledge of hotels what they have or providing to customers.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Very bad experience. Booked it through the phone number provided on Google which was of Fabhotel customer care. They offered some discounted price and asked to pay 25% upfront. Lateron while checking-in the hotel receptionist and owner refused to accept the discounted price, even though I had the chat history. The customer care person didn't pickup the call. Outright cheating! I booked this because I wanted to avoid Oyo hotels but it turned out to be even worse.

This is the worst hotel i have ever seen at this price. The room was visibly very dirty. The sheets and cushions were not cleaned. Bathroom was also dirty and all taps and equipments in bathroom was rusty with visible rust. Instead of mattress for the bed, they had placed a foam on which even sleeping was uncomfortable. I asked for extra bed and they said i will have to pay extra which I didn’t mind but then instead of a bed they provided a dirty mattress and asked me to sleep on the floor. This is not worth calling a hotel. I visited in peak winter with intense cold outside and they wont even turn on the geyser and you need to ask them to turn it on. I had the worst experience here.

The worst experience we had, staff was drunk and denied to give water even; no gyser and warm water facility, torn towels, no covers on blankets and dirty bedsheets! Overall it was the worst experience! The staff even misbehaved with everyone,

They didn't even have proper mattresses , as per the hotel manager either you'll stay for a day or 10 days you'll get only 1 water bottle and when i ask him that what if i do a booking daily than you have to give me water bottle daily than he said no , only 1 water bottle for guest. Hot water was not available and they didn't have fab hotel branding anywhere all signage boards are of OYO. Highly dissatisfied..
