The room is good and staff was extremely corporative and managing the property is very wholesome way there is a person in the reception idk the name of that uncle he is from Himachal he is very kind and helpful

Hotel is quite good to stay for a night, but there is some lack of amenities in room and have to ask for everything like no dental kit available but if you can ask they will arrange. It was Fab hotels mistake while reservation they told that everything is available in amenities as well restaurant but when we reached nothing is available. Hotel owner is good he supported which I asked, but fab Hotel should have update their knowledge of hotels what they have or providing to customers.

There was no hot water in bathroom in December winter. Basic toiletries were missing. There was lot of noise in the night from the floor above. We didn't have a pleasant experience.

One of the worst hotel in this region. 1.No service on time. 2.Room are old style. 3.No one pick call in hotel. 4.Lift work like 1970 life. 5.No cattel in room. Please avoid booking this property.

The rooms were not very clean and the washrooms were also quite dirty. Hot water was available only in morning for 1 hour. The hotel doesn't look like the images they have posted.

Very bad rooms!! Shabby and pathetic bathroom… have posted nice pics on websites but nothing close to that !! NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone No water given nor hot water kettle - bad bad bad room

Room boy was helpful, but the hotel was not worth, they dont have proper kits available in the bathroom, even when i asked them for shaving kit, they denied. Morever they dont have breakfast buffet menu, very limited options like paratha and poori toast thats it, they dont have restaurant facility as well, no blowers in room, for every single item we have to call them. Furthermore i don’t recommend anyone to book this hotel , in this amount one can easily booked a brand budget hotel room with all basic amenities which they shown in online app but they dont have.

This is the worst hotel i have ever seen at this price. The room was visibly very dirty. The sheets and cushions were not cleaned. Bathroom was also dirty and all taps and equipments in bathroom was rusty with visible rust. Instead of mattress for the bed, they had placed a foam on which even sleeping was uncomfortable. I asked for extra bed and they said i will have to pay extra which I didn’t mind but then instead of a bed they provided a dirty mattress and asked me to sleep on the floor. This is not worth calling a hotel. I visited in peak winter with intense cold outside and they wont even turn on the geyser and you need to ask them to turn it on. I had the worst experience here.

No Sync between Fab people & the staff at the hotel..... I booked family room at Jalandhar Corporate suites through Fab and when I checked in at the Hotel the staff there informed me that the Fab have booked a premium room for us .....I had to pay extra for getting the adequate accommodation. Very bad on the part of Fab Hotels

The worst experience we had, staff was drunk and denied to give water even; no gyser and warm water facility, torn towels, no covers on blankets and dirty bedsheets! Overall it was the worst experience! The staff even misbehaved with everyone,
