"1st they charged us 68rs extra which was not showing in our app 2nd in the name of breakfast only they give you bread with no jam , and then when you ask for tea/coffee they say only 1 cup is available for 2 guest which just makes no sense. 3rd on 2nd day when we asked for different brkfast they said one 1 packet maggie is available that also without any veggies or eggs Totally dissapointing free breakfast Biggest scam after sharadda and rosevalley scam"

"Room was decent but mosquito and powercuts made it terrible to stay. Almost 2 hour powercut in middle of night which they said was due to wiring issue, same happened in morning as well. In kolkata summer, it was diffiult to get ready in morning. No wifi due to powercut. Half litre water bottle was provided after which they switched to non packaged water. Bedside switches were non functional. And breakfast provided was not adequate for the price paid."

"The staff need to be more professional. We found many small things that could be improved to give the guests a better experience such as 1. The room had an electric kettle but there was no glass, 2. Only one towel was given for 2 of us, 3. Breakfast portion was too small, 4. No butter or jam was given with toasts even after asking, 5. Room was cleaned on the second day that too after asking and yet linens weren't changed, 6. 500 ml water bottle was given at check-in but no replenishment in the next days."

"Ridiculous experience old worn out room got charged extra hours for advance checkin fir already empty room. The people sittin in the front desk are so mannerless forget about attending the guest they have no intrest in talking to guests either. Please keep educated well trained people in your reception atleast. No basic amnities like tv wifi water kettle cloth hangers everything had to be asked for and got none. The bathroom dirty no cloth hanger toilet pan dirty stained. Rudiculous experience. The first impression made by you fabhotel has been terrible."
