About Dwarkadheesh Temple, Mathura

The Dwarkadheesh Temple, located in the main market of Mathura, is one of India’s oldest and most revered centres of Hindu worship as it marks the birthplace of Lord Krishna. It is much-famed all over the country for its elaborate Rajasthani architecture and ceiling paintings showcasing various aspects of the Lord’s life.
