"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"Washroom not clean. Constantly smelling. Waste water leaking from the base of the toilet. Dustbin in the room was also not clean and smelling. Even if there were flies inside the room. Room built, design was good but not well maintained by the staff. When we entered even if the bedsheets were not changed from previous stay."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"Staff was not well trained, even unable to understand the hotel voucher and what additional services are booked. Wifi not connected, hence unable to use tv. For each and every single thing I had to ask to provide like towel, hand wash, soap, Ac remote nothing was given without asking. Poha was provided in the name of breakfast without tea. Over all not up to the mark. Need to improve services."

"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future"
