FabHotel Vagator Retreat Resort With Swimming Pool
We stayed at YOYO Vagator Staycation recently. The location is good and rooms were generally clean. However, housekeeping needs improvement. The linens did not feel fresh, bed sheets had visible wear, and the glasses were not properly cleaned (had lipstick marks). With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this place has good potential for a comfortable stay.

FabHotel Vagator Retreat Resort With Swimming Pool
I would not recommend this place. In fact I won’t recommend fab hotels at all. During the initial booking they will be very sweet, they keep calling you multiple times. Once the booking is done, they won’t answer your queries. Every time they redirect you to customer care. It is not easy to reach the customer care executive. I booked my stay in fab hotels vagator. Initially Puneet from fab team informed me I will have the option to cancel at the last moment but when I reached him 2 days before my stay, he told me to contact me next day. When I reached him one day before my stay, he stopped answering my calls. I reached to customer care and explained all the details, I told I have WhatsApp chat with Puneet, so the agent asked me to write an email to there team. I attached all the proofs but my the team denied to refund my 6000₹. Now nobody is answering the calls. Honestly saying, I did not even like the property.
