The only thing I must suggest to change the bed sheets as it has Cigarette burnt marks, though the bedsheets were clean, still it should not have burnt marks.

Extremely misleading hotel – please avoid. My stay here was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The photos online show a clean, modern, well-maintained hotel — but the reality is completely different. The actual property looks worn out and nothing like the advertised images. The room itself was in very poor condition. The bed and mattress were old, uncomfortable, and clearly not maintained. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean, had visible stains, and looked reused without proper washing, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The corridors were congested and dull, and the overall cleanliness of the property was far below basic standards. Even the location felt unsafe and did not match what was shown online. This hotel misleads customers with heavily edited photos, and the real experience is nowhere close. I strongly advise others not to book this property if you expect cleanliness, comfort, or reliability. The reality is completely opposite of what is advertise.

The hotel's check-in process was rather slow, resulting in a wait of 20 minutes. Unfortunately, upon being assigned a room, it was immediately clear that there was a smoking smell present. When I was given a different room, I was dismayed to find that it was not clean, with bed sheets showing clear signs of previous use. The dustbin was also found to contain used tissue paper, soap, and hair. To add to the unpleasant experience, there was evidence of urine on both the toilet seat and in the pot. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was quite poor, with little effort made to provide a satisfactory experience for guests. During my stay, I received three prank calls from unknown callers from inside the hotel and once from the reception. As a solo traveler, this experience left me feeling deeply unsafe. Furthermore, I had an early flight to catch at 12 pm and requested an iron to press my clothes for departure. Despite reminding the staff on multiple occasions over the course of two hours, the iron was never provided, and I was left feeling ignored and frustrated. When I informed the manager that I no longer required the iron, he proceeded to make fun of me, and upon leaving my room, he shouted, "darwaza dheere band karo apka ghar nahi hai hotel hai" (close the door quietly, this is a hotel not your home), even though the door was the standard type and made no unusual noise when closing. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this hotel. The facility is completely unhygienic, and the standards of cleanliness are unacceptable. The blankets and bedsheets provided were clearly reused and not fresh, which raises serious health and hygiene concerns. Moreover, the behavior of the hotel staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The representatives lacked basic courtesy and seemed completely untrained in handling guests. Their attitude was not only disrespectful but also unacceptable in the hospitality industry. To make matters worse, the hotel is engaging in deceptive pricing practices. While the online booking platforms clearly show a rate of ₹1500, the hotel staff demanded ₹2500 upon arrival. This is nothing short of a scam, and it reflects a clear intent to cheat unsuspecting guests. Given all of the above, I strongly recommend that this hotel be blacklisted from all booking platforms to protect future travelers from such a terrible experience.
