I had a pleasant stay at this property. The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, though they are a bit small. They do provide food, but it is sourced from an external restaurant, which might be a factor to consider for some guests. While the room rate of ₹2,750 per day feels slightly on the higher side for the space offered, the property is very convenient and exceptionally clean. Safety is not a concern here, as the premises feel secure and well-managed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you are considering a stay. Hope this review helps!

I want to talk about the staff of this hotel. The people at reception cheat the customers. I had booked multiple rooms for my sister marriage function at this hotel. I paid 20,000 in advance and was told to pay the rest amount after checkout of all the rooms. I was charged extra for the room that I haven’t booked and was also told to pay for the tea and extra water bottles that my guests didn’t even consumed. People here are making money by adding unnecessary amount to your bill. Very pathetic staff. Rude behaviour of the people managing the reception at hotel. I am sharing some images for your reference.

It was a terrible experience to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was miserable. No options were there and it was totally waste of money to take complementry breakfast option. No cleanliness in room and it was 1st and last time i stay there. Fabhotels chain should take care of there image and drop licence of this kind of hotels

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was very congested, with space only enough for a queen-size bed also the bed was not comfortable. The room had an unpleasant smell, the blanket was dirty, and the bedsheet was filthy and even torn. The walls were also stained and looked unhygienic. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered tea at 10 a.m. and received it only around 1 p.m., after following up four times. Although the tea itself was good, the service was far below expectations. The location was also a major issue. The hotel is inside an industrial area, and continuous machine noise made it very difficult to rest. There were no nearby shops or tea stalls either, which added to the inconvenience. The TV in the room was not working, and overall maintenance was very poor. Service charges was higher side ex. for 15 Rs water bottle I paid 30 Rs. each for 4 bottle. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and service.

1. Customer service said to make advance and remaining shall be paid upon vacating. However receptionist demanded to pay in full for the stay duration. Disappointment. 2. For a single person stay, a room with 2 seperate beds is assigned. Disappointment. 3. Receptionist on 26th June assured to give bill on 27th morning. When asked for bill on 28th evening, for the amount paid in full for 3 days stay, another receptionist says shall give the bill upon check out only. Disappointment 4. I ordered for 1 idli, 1 vada, 1 masal dosa combo and get 2 idlies 2 vadas combo. Disappointment 5. The same menu change continued for day 2 as well and had to argue tk get it changed and received a cold dosa. Disappointment 6. Room cleaning is not done till you come back in the evening. Food plates have created foul smell in the room. Beds not tidied up. Disappointment 7. Finally the bill. 13004 was paid by me and they give me a bill of 12118. Difference is not paid back and no clarity for the same. Looters? I was forced to stay here as they took 13k from me. Will never recomend this place to anyone.

Upon our arrival at precisely 12:00 PM, we were asked to wait for five minutes before the staff escorted us to our room. The room was extremely small, with dirty walls and bedsheets in terrible condition. The pillows were of poor quality, and the sink tap was broken. Additionally, the TV was not operational. When I requested the manager to have someone deliver the package I had ordered to my room, I was told to come outside to collect it myself because they were busy. Later, after ordering food, it was delivered one and a half hours later, despite our repeated inquiries about the delay. Overall, my experience at Fab Super 7 Inn was terrible, and I will ensure I never stay there again.

1-Room equiped with 2 seperate bads 2-guest who booked thru aggregator are considered as low grade guest, before of check in full payment demand 3-early time informed for breakfast inspite of breakfast not served on time and during check in not informed about venue of breakfast. At time of checkout they told breakfast will serve in room by that time i was getting late to reach some where so couldn't wait for and left without breakfast 4-final invoice came with lots of error and after 3 correction this was provided. So in the nutshell febhotel services is pathetic as they do not have good properties in their wallet

There was no water supply in the hotel; suddenly, the water supply stopped. I suffered a lot. Finally, a boy brought water in a bucket . The next day, the same issue occurred. I was getting late to catch my flight, but there was no water. Finally, they gave me access to another bathroom only for bathing. The problem was with the hotel. They didn't even offer a single rupee discount. They took the money but didn't provide worthy service. Note: I don't know if this water problem will always be there or not, but during my stay, I suffered a lot due to the water issue.
