FabHotel Sarovar Palace

Zero stars to sarovar palace, prayagraj and fabhotels for their terrible hospitality. i recently booked two premium rooms at sarovar palace hotel, prayagraj through fabhotels. unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. upon arrival, we discovered that our premium rooms had been given to other guests. the available rooms shown to us were far from premium quality and the hotel staff was uncooperative despite lengthy discussions. eventually, we were given two rooms, one of which had a malfunctioning air conditioner. despite raising the issue at the reception, no action was taken for over two hours and the worst part is hotel staff was already aware of the faulty ac condition when they assigned us the room, which was highly frustrating. after further discussions, we were shifted to another room after 3 hours, where the toilet had no water for flushing. again, our complaints went unresolved. this was the worst hotel experience my family members ever had. i strongly recommend against booking at sarovar palace hotel and fabhotels. sarovar palace hotel booked through fabhotels @mukesh mishra in

I appreciated the valet parking service, which saved me the trouble of finding a parking spot.
