Had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and cozy, the staff was warm and attentive, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Great location and perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!

I was stayed at Hotel Haidri Inn in Prayagraj with great experience. The hotel is under budget friendly and fully hygienic the good part is located near the Railway Station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Khusro Bagh and Triveni Sangam. Rooms were neat and clean, food is also very delicious. The staff were also helpful and attentive. I particularly appreciated the breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options. Lift and safest parking are also available. Overall, This hotel provided best hospitality and their services, I recommend to everyone to visiting this property if you will be come to prayagraj.

service was good staff behaviour responsive room was good and clean bedsheets and blankets were well cleaned power backup present for 24 hrs electricity, air conditioning was good bathroom was also cleaned location was good and safe

Fake hotel nd very rude people we book from fabhotel bt when time of check-in the owner said we r not excepting any other website booking like fabhotel nd all so u pay accordingly my terms nd he took extra money from us bz he kW it's night time nd we r not going anywhere at the time of check-out my parents asked him for bill then he said we send online after 1 hr from checkout ..he refused to gave us manual bill ...now he didn't send any bill also took extra money from us ...don't go here

Worst hotel i had ever visited in my life. No cooperation at all, dont know how to manage and attend guests. We visited there in the morning At 8 am they charged extra money by saying that our checkin and checkout time is 12 at mid and will be charged you only for 24 hours then you'll be charged 100 rupees per hour we had taken only 4 more hours and they had forced ud to pay full amount .Then we asked them to either charge as per your commitment or we'll complaint against you. 1)Staff behavior was not suffesticated 2)food we had ordered was not hygienic 3) washrooms are untidy 4) bedsheets are not tidy having strains all over. My opinion is not upto mark Won't recommend anyone to go and stuck there.

We a group of eight senior citizens stayed. They donot have any courtesy. After a long discussion they force us to stay in Suite in ground floor and allot two rooms in second floor even though rooms available in first floor. After begging then they gave a room in first floor No lift Very old window AC No padlock in any bathroom No water gun sprayer for WC. To use mug/jug and hand Poor maintenance No restaurant nearby Not at all worthy for the money paid.

The staff was extremely rude and showed a complete lack of communication skills. There is no parking facility at all; we were directed to park at a nearby house, but they refused to give us the keys to access our car. When we needed something from the car, the staff refused to help, telling us to take our car out and find parking elsewhere ourselves.The rooms were filthy, unhygienic, and incredibly poorly maintained. The entire place had a shady atmosphere, with suspicious activities going on at night, making it a terrible choice for families or anyone concerned about safety. The experience was nothing short of appalling.Avoid booking this hotel at all costs. It is a disgrace to the FabHotels brand, and they should remove it from their listings immediately to protect their reputation. This place is a complete nightmare and should be shut down.

The manager is a cheater, do not book this hotel. I booked 2 rooms through FabHotel, on arrival he completely rejected that to provide any room on the booking amount and demanded extra money. On complaining to FabHotel he did provide me the rooms but I am attaching the images for your reference (i booked 2 deluxe rooms). A few issues which i faced during my stay:- 1. Rooms and bathrooms were not clean and stinky. 2. Gates do not close properly/ security issues. 3. Gates of washrooms don't close at all, in fact in one room there is no lock provided on the door. 4.AC was making too much noise, even an animal would not be able to sleep in this much noise. 5.No drain cover in the washroom, one wall of the washroom has a big opening towards the lobby. 6. There are spit marks all over the sink and floor of the washroom. 7. All the fittings are open. 8. I came here with my family in the late night around 11 pm, and this kind of behaviour made it a terrible experience with FabHotel.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor and the staff was not only unprofessional but also rude. Shockingly, some even behaved in a threatening manner towards guests. At the time of booking, they showed clean and well-maintained rooms, but upon arrival, the reality was completely different. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and the flush wasn’t working. The lift was shut down during the afternoon and after 10 PM, causing major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the AC was intentionally turned off around 1 AM, and the excuse given was a power outage, which seemed dishonest. Overall, a highly unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
