The design is modern, elegant, and exudes quiet luxury. The hotels every corner is beautifully maintained and the atmosphere feels both inviting and upscale. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, making the visit feel even more special. Based on my experience, it’s clear that the hotel prioritizes quality and guest satisfaction. I would absolutely consider staying here in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Hotel staff is helpful and have good sense. But below are difficulties that we faced 1) Too much mosquitos , though they have provided GoodNight. 2) Power cuts are too frequent during hot days and nights and AC don’t work with DG. 3) No restaurant available with this hotel, you need to order through Swiggy or you have to step out for breakfast, lunch and dinner

I stayed for one day at this hotel without checking their partners (FAB Hotel) online price and guess what? These people charged almost double the amount mentioned in website with availability. The real question is How can people trust the brand when there employee doing fraud. Or they charging according to customer profile. Websites price : 700-1000₹ across the website Manual charges: starts from 1600 till depends on negotiation skills. Room is decent with plants view basically a bungalow turned into Fab hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely horrible. The rooms were in a deplorable condition, far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness. There were insects crawling all over the bed, which is completely intolerable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance. This was by far one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would not hesitate to do so.

The manager is a cheater, do not book this hotel. I booked 2 rooms through FabHotel, on arrival he completely rejected that to provide any room on the booking amount and demanded extra money. On complaining to FabHotel he did provide me the rooms but I am attaching the images for your reference (i booked 2 deluxe rooms). A few issues which i faced during my stay:- 1. Rooms and bathrooms were not clean and stinky. 2. Gates do not close properly/ security issues. 3. Gates of washrooms don't close at all, in fact in one room there is no lock provided on the door. 4.AC was making too much noise, even an animal would not be able to sleep in this much noise. 5.No drain cover in the washroom, one wall of the washroom has a big opening towards the lobby. 6. There are spit marks all over the sink and floor of the washroom. 7. All the fittings are open. 8. I came here with my family in the late night around 11 pm, and this kind of behaviour made it a terrible experience with FabHotel.

Dear All, If possible I would have given them negative rating as well could have got their licensed cancelled for running this hotel. We have booked this place for 2 days for our brother wedding. Pathetic place, worst ever service, ill-mannered owner & staff. If you are booking here be ready for a physical fight with owner, they are no less than goons and before booking you hire your goons and then come here. Kripa Kar ke is bakwaas jagah na aaye, apne paisa aur dimag na kharab kare. Isse better toh aap station pe reh le ya kisi OYO mein ya kahin bhi but itna bakwas jagah aur itne bakawas log kahin duniya mein nahi milenge. I guess the owner doesn’t have understanding how to behave properly with their customer. I have also lodged a complaint against them for their harassment and insult to my guest.

Building is old that was not an issue but the owner there is least bothered about the guest .. Rooms are filled with mosquitos.. after paying 10+ for those ancient room we were not provided with single towel until asked.. then when we asked about mineral water they gave us a bottle which was not sealed upon asking they said it’s like this in our hotel.. Thanks to them whole family is down with fever after drinking that water. They are just der to loot. Sleep in a park but don’t stay in that hotel.

We a group of eight senior citizens stayed. They donot have any courtesy. After a long discussion they force us to stay in Suite in ground floor and allot two rooms in second floor even though rooms available in first floor. After begging then they gave a room in first floor No lift Very old window AC No padlock in any bathroom No water gun sprayer for WC. To use mug/jug and hand Poor maintenance No restaurant nearby Not at all worthy for the money paid.

Don't go with the fake reviews of this property, one of the worst properties with worst services, no water in the bathroom, poor services and arrogant staff. what you want now? Seems they converted the house to property during these days for just making money...dirty bed sheets, uncleaned rooms etc...you can find better place with less money instead of this hotel...Don't waste your money and it is not recommended from my side.
